Цитокиновый шторм - это общий термин, применяемый к неадаптивному выбросу цитокинов в ответ на инфекцию и другие раздражители. Патогенез сложен, но включает потерю регуляторного контроля продукции провоспалительных цитокинов, как на локальном, так и на системном уровнях. Некоторые данные показывают, что во время эпидемии коронавирусной болезни 2019 (COVID-19) серьезное ухудшение у некоторых пациентов было тесно связано с нарушением регуляции и избыточным выделением цитокинов. В этой статье дается обзор того, что известно о механизме и стратегиях лечения воспалительного шторма, вызванного вирусом COVID-19.
В статье представлен обзор исследований по п р о б л е м е п с и х о л о г и ч е с к о г о и н т е р н е тконсультирования лиц, находящихся в кризисных состояниях и трудных ситуациях медицинского характера. Анализ публикаций показал, что большинство исследований свидетельствуют о полученных положительных результатах при оказании психологической помощи людям, находящимся в кризисных состояниях и трудных жизненных ситуациях. Наиболее эффективными формами онлайн психологической поддержки исследователи называют мгновенный обмен сообщениями и видеосвязь. В настоящее время при помощи интернет-технологий успешно осуществляется психологическая поддержка лиц, находящихся в кризисных ситуациях, профилактика суицидального поведения, психологическое консультирование пациентов с посттравматическим стрессовым расстройством и переживших насилие, сопровождение и психологическая помощь пациентам, страдающим от хронических болезней. Интернетвмешательства позволяют экономить ресурсы и время как терапевта, так и клиентов, улучшают доступ к психологической помощи лицам, находящимся в отдалённых районах, снижают выраженность симптомов тревоги и депрессии, повышают качество жизни, позволяют добиться стойкого изменения поведения у лиц с хроничес-Чувашский государственный университет имени И.Н.
