The use of alternative energy sources as one of the ways to reduce the anthropogenic impact on the Earths climate. A scheme of a thermal accumulator of solar energy based on the use of solar collectors is proposed. A mathematical analysis of the thermal regime of the quarry basin, which is a heat accumulator, is carried out using the method of the space of state variables. The dependence of the fluid flow rate at the inlet to the collector pipe on the temperature in the battery is presented.
