Three types of beam splitters: neutral, dichroic and polarizing are designed and elaborated on the base of multilayer interference coatings. The MacNeille’s cube geometry is applied. The software „TFCalc-3.5“ is used for matching the calculated with the measured spectra thus obtaining the optical constants of the vacuum deposited materials and the layer thickness. The technological parameters of the laboratory samples are established as a protocol for their manufacture.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
