One of the most important areas in modern forensic science remains the study of crimes against life and health. Among these, the most poorly studied are murders involving fire. According to the literature, a group of persons involved in this type of crime has significant features of the socio-criminalistic profile, motivation and intent of the crime. The materials of 337 criminal cases and the 71 acts of forensic medical research of corpses were analysed during the study. The socio-forensic profile of persons within the criminal group is more homogeneous than the “lone homicide” and “hired torches”. The profile of the latter has a great specialization. It is identified that: 1) in the age group of 15-18 years the number of tracks, their diversity is the greatest, while the order is low; 2) with age, the number of tracks, their diversity and the proportion of atypical tracks are decreased; 3) groups of 19-26 years are characterized by the greatest number of typical traces. The studied characteristics of the identity of homicide using fire will help operational staff to solve the tasks of crime identification, prevention and detection.
The "noospheric" ideas of a sustainable and harmonious coexistence of man and nature emerged in Russia as a result of its spiritual search for its own, unique way of survival and a long experience of preserving its identity throughout the history of the country's coexistence with Europe and Asia. The latest reforms in Russian education are aimed at developing professional competencies focused on the regional economy. The shift in the educational paradigm demonstrates the abandonment of methods for developing cognitive skills in favour of practical skills, rarely sought by students, which encourage discrete thinking. Social sciences and humanities are trying to preserve the foundations of Soviet pedagogy in understanding the systemic and integrative interaction of an individual with society and nature. The concept of noospheric education has generated some innovative methods for developing personal cognitive strategies. Their aim is to develop spiritual, moral and intellectual foundations for a child's personality by stimulating creative functions of the brain asymmetry. The continuous scientific information exchange contributes to a system of harmonious coexistence of man and nature, with the values of man's self-preservation and self-development together with nature, regarded as the systemforming factors. Providing opportunities for learners to develop their cognitive abilities of emotional and visual thinking and formal logical thinking lays spiritual, moral and intellectual foundations in a child's personality while stimulating creative functions of his or her brain. This article presents research data from a study of functional brain asymmetry in university students, carried out at Kemerovo State University.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
