Круглой, ОрелПроблема адаптации и стандартизации психологических методик стоит в нашей стране достаточно остро, особенно это касается их использования для специфических групп детей, таких как дети, перенесшие онкологические заболевания. Согласно статистике до 40 % детей после лечения онкологических заболеваний имеют стойкие когнитивные нарушения, а в группе детей, перенесших опухоли головного мозга (ОГМ), этот процент значительно выше. Мониторирование этого процесса позволит как можно раньше отслеживать возможные нарушения в когнитивной сфере не только для оценки токсических эффектов лечения, но и для оказания своевременной помощи нейрокогнитивной реабилитации. По наиболее проблемной группе, детей с ОГМ, был достигнут консенсус по использованию стандартного набора тестовых методик для оценки таких психических функций, как скорость обработки, мелкая моторика, внимание, память, зрительно-пространственное восприятие, исполнительные функции, мышление. В нашей стране нет нормативных показателей по этим методикам, поэтому целью данной работы было нормирование этой батареи на российской выборке. В настоящей работе представлены результаты по 1-му этапу. В исследование приняли участие школьники начальных классов г. Орла. Были получены результаты по 12 тестам для 4-х возрастных категорий (7, 8, 9 и 10 лет). Эти данные можно рассматривать как предварительные, так как для получения отечественных норм необходимо увеличить объем выборки и сделать её более репрезентативной. Однако проведенное исследование показало перспективность использования этой батареи как в клинике, так и для здоровых детей.
