Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpina, Motivasu Kerja, Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan Pada UPTD Puskesmas Dompu Timur. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dan untuk menguji hipotesis. Populasi adalah karyawan berjumlah 61 karyawan, teknik sampling memakai sampling jenuh. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 61 karyawan. Untuk memperoleh data peneliti menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan. Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) adalah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan masyarakat dan upaya kesehatan perseorangan tingkat pertama, dengan lebih mengutamakan upaya promotif dan preventif, untuk mencapai derajat kesehatan masyarakat yang setinggi-tingginya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Variabel Kepemimpinan tidak pengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja dimana ditunjukan dengan nilai(-2.574) dan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0.013 > 0.05). Variabel Motivasi kerja pengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerjadimana ditunjukan dengan nilai 0,695 dan nilai signifikan lebih besar dari 0,05 (0,000<0,05).Variabel Kompensasi pengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja dimana ditunjukan dengan nilai 6,037 dan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0.000 < 0.05).Variabel kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja ditunjukkan dengan nilai 51.982, signifikan ditunjukkan dengan nilai 0.000 < 0.05.
The motivation behind this review is to decide whether there is an impact of leadership style on innovative behavior, decide whether there is an impact of the work environment on innovative behavior, decide whether there is an impact of job satisfaction on innovative behavior and decide whether there is an impact of leadership style, work environment and job satisfaction on innovative behavior simultaneously on employees. Berbah National Vocational School, Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta. With a population of 50 employees of the Berbah National Vocational School with a saturated sampling method. The method of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, this research is descriptive quantitative. The analytical methods in this study are instrument test (validity and reliability), classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and t test and F test. The results of this study indicate (1) leadership style has a negative and significant impact on innovative behavior, (2) The work environment has a negative and significant impact on innovative behavior, (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on innovative behavior, and (4) Leadership style, work environment and job satisfaction have a simultaneous impact on innovative behavior.
This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership and Motivation on Work Discipline and their impact on Employee Performance at PO. Purworejo Natural Resources. This research method uses descriptive quantitative and primary data using a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees (driver, mechanic, counter clerk) PO. Natural Resources totaling 60 people. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling. Data was obtained by distributing a list of questionnaire questions to 60 respondents. The data source of this research is primary data. Test the quality of the data using the Validity Test, Reliability Test, and Classical Assumption Test. The data analysis technique in this study uses Path Analysis. The results showed that Leadership and Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline; Leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance; Motivation and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; indirectly mediated by Work Discipline, Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; indirectly mediated by work discipline, motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance.
