Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. "The review by the court shall be limited to questions of law, and findings of fact by the Administrator when supported by substantial evidence shall be conclusive.. • " 52 STAT. 1024 (1938), 49 U. S. C. A. § 646 (e) (Supp. 194o). 16. Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938.
