The cooling of compressed medium when passing through the set of ribbed tubular elements is numerically investigated. Numerical experiments are carried out with the model of viscous heat conductive turbulent compressed gas by the control volume method with application of different numerical schemes and algorithms. The process of convective heat exchange between the cold ribbed surface and the hot gas flow is studied as well as the heat conductance processes in tubular elements. After processing the obtained results recommendations are given on the arrangement of the set of ribbed tubular elements to provide the assigned temperature characteristics of the cooling system; and the engineering technique of evaluating the thermohydraulic parameters of the cooling system is developed.
This paper presents a programming and computing suite which comprises regional socio-economic parameters database (gross regional product, physical capital, human capital and their investment volume), an analytical subsystem which renders mathematical models of parameters’ analysis and forecasting, as well as visual representation unit of modeling and forecasting results. In view of the results, a system research report is built, providing information on socio-economic condition of the region. The calculations are performed by the example of the Udmurt Republic.
This paper presents a mathematical model of organizing the cash flow management in implementing an apartment building construction plan in the context of using an escrow account in the Russian Federation. A mathematical model of organizing the cash flow management implies an in-creased income of productive activities in the construction industry by means of changing the volume of sales in square meters and sale prices. Furthermore, a mathematical model enables us to determine the sales strategy of a construction organization, which would provide a minimum lending rate for minimizing a percentage rate which is paid by the construction organization. According to the monthly financing schedule of a building project, a mathematical model of organizing the cash flow management enables us to calculate the most suitable escrow account balance, as well as the volume of sales in square meters. Calculating rise in profitability of financial resources in the construction industry is exemplified by an average developer of one of Russia’s regions in which residential construction grows rapidly – the Udmurt Republic.
The article presents the numerical algorithm of solving the optimal management problem for a regional economic system adjusted for demographic dynamics in the conditions of scientific and technical and socio-educational progress. Based on the model of a regional economic system, the optimal management problem is considered. The transfer equation is used to model the amount of human capital, which takes into account budgetary and private investments made in human capital components: education, healthcare and culture To solve the problem numerically, a software system has been developed, which includes a database of demographic and economic parameters of the Udmurt Republic and implements a mathematical model of human capital dynamics, a forecast of demographic characteristics and an algorithm for solving the optimal management problem for a regional economic system. As a result of solving the optimal management problem, the optimal investment rates in human and production capital have been found, allowing the economic system to reach the trajectory of sustainable growth by 2022.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
