This research investigated the effect of food quality, price fairness, staff performance, and ambience on students’ satisfaction of cafeteria food services by comparing responses from Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS), Malaysia with Mercu Buana University (MBU), Indonesia. Data was analysed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) application in SmartPLS computer software version 2.0. Path coefficients from PLS results revealed ambience as the most significant predictor of students’ satisfaction of food services at the university cafeteria in both UMS and MBU settings, followed by aspects of staff performance and food quality. It is imperative for university cafeteria operators at both sites to uplift students’ satisfaction of food services at their cafeterias by enhancing ambiance such as installing decorations that project a warm and cosy environment. The result of these findings could be utilised as guidelines for the respective university management to incorporate elements that could improve food services in their cafeterias thus increasing the satisfaction of their users (students).

These can be cluster into four main group namely, traditional “native”, traditional Indian, traditional Chinese, and modern medicine. This study was conducted to identify the moderating effects of races on the relationships between safeness, efficacy, trust, holistic view and health awareness, and feeling of TCM usage. About 288 self-administered questionnaire data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling Approach to the public in Labuan and Sabah, East Malaysia. The moderating effect of races on the relationships between predictor variables such as safeness, efficacy, trust, holistic view and health awareness and criterion variable (i.e. feeling) was evaluated. The study showed that holistic balance view of TCM not significantly influences the TCM usage. Thus, the results of this study are importance to the practical industry application and future research.

The purpose of this conceptual paper is to investigate the link between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial education in relation to entrepreneurial intention. The unemployment rate in Sabah continue to rise from 5.8% (2020) to 8.0% (2022), where the unemployment rate increased by 2.2% between 2020 and 2021. By 2024, there may be a quarter of a million youngsters unemployed in Sabah, according to the Sabah and Labuan Skills Training Centre-National Dual Training System Association. The study uses quantitative approach in this investigation. The theory planned behaviour (TPB) that connected the relationship between entrepreneurial passion, entrepreneurial education, and entrepreneurial intention served as the foundation for this study. The selected respondents are final-year students who have taken an entrepreneurship course as part of their studies. A convenience sampling will be use in this study to collect data from respondents using a survey questionnaire. The survey questionnaire will be distributed to respondents via online Google forms. The data generated from the sample will be transcribed and analysed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) and Smart PLS 4. Previous findings shows that there is positive relationship between entrepreneurial passion, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intention. The sub-dimension for entrepreneurial passion is based on inventing, founding and developing. The research findings have implication for academics of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship central, program evaluators, government agency and policymakers.

An integration of traditional and complementary medicine (TCM) into modern medical practices and its utilization along with health technology has incorporated issues like efficacy, quality, and safety. Malaysia government recognized TCM in various medical practices such as homeopathy, traditional Malay medicine, traditional Indian medicine, Islamic medical practices, and traditional Chinese medicine. This research aims to investigate whether races have moderating influence on the relationship of consumers' perceived safeness, perceived efficacy, holistic balance view, trust, and health awareness, and feeling of TCM usage. A self-administered questionnaire was distributed to 288 respondents residing in Sabah, Malaysia. Results revealed that races correspond with native, Chinese, Indian ethnicity in terms of having better feeling towards the usage of TCM products. The role of TCM usage is vital among the local communities in Sabah, Malaysia whereby they develop positive feeling and patronize towards TCM. Healthcare providers should consider this aspect for business sustainability.
