Di Kabupaten Sleman Provinsi Yogyakarta, pada tahun 2013, total kasus DBD sebanyak 736 kasus dan 4 orang meninggal. Tahun 2014 kasus DBD menurun menjadi 538 kasus dan 4 orang meninggal. Pada Januari-Maret 2015 kasus DBD sebanyak 176 kasus dan 4 orang meninggal. Berdasarkan angka kesakitan dan kematian DBD selama 5 tahun terakhir dan hasil penetapan prioritas masalah kesehatan di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sleman, maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi program Pengendalian Penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (P2DBD). Tujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi program P2DBD. Penelitian deskriptif, dilaksanakan di 17 Puskesmas dan Dinas Kesehatan di Kabupaten Sleman, menggunakan model evaluasi sistem analisis meliputi masukan (input), proses (process), dan keluaran (output). Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi dokumentasi dan wawancara. 1) Input: Dana yang diterima setiap puskesmas berbeda-beda. Petugas P2DBD memiliki usia pada rentang 41-50 tahun (58.82%) dengan pendidikan SMA/SPK (29.41%) dan jabatan rangkap (35.29%). Petugas belum mendapatkan pelatihan (64.71%). Kesediaan formulir belum lengkap. Swingfog yang dapat dioperasionalkan sebanyak 53 buah (85.48%) dan yang rusak sebanyak 8 buah (12.90%). 2)Proses: Pelatihan website/IT, belum pernah dilakukan. 3) Output: Cakupan ABJ 75% hingga 93%. Untuk HI dan CI hanya beberapa puskesmas yang melakukan perhitungan. 4) Outcome: Insiden Rate tertinggi adalah puskesmas Mlati II sebesar 138.3 per 100.000 penduduk dan IR terendah adalah puskesmas Turi sebesar 0 sedangkan CFR tertinggi di Puskesmas Ngemplak 1 (33.33%). Pelaksanaan Program Kesehatan (P2DBD) di Wilayah Kerja Dinas Kesehatan Sleman masih menemui berbagai kendala mulai dari aspek Input, Proses dan Output. Kendala tersebut mempengaruhi keberhasilan pelaksanaan program P2DBD dilihat dari masih tingginya kasus DBD di Sleman.
Smoking behavior is considered very detrimental and has shifted to pleasant behavior, especially among schools, one of which is at the high school level. This makes students smoke in schools more. This study aims to study the relationship between knowledge and attitudes toward smoking behavior among SMAN 3 Pagar Alam students. This type of research uses a cross-sectional design to determine the sample size. The determination of the sample size using Proportional Random Sampling is as many as 64, as the sample of this study, data collection techniques using primary and secondary data, and data analysis methods using Univariate and Bivariate analysis with the Chi-Square test to determine the closeness of the relationship seen from the value of the Contingency Coefficient (C). The results showed that out of 64 students, 46.9% had less knowledge, 15.6% had sufficient knowledge, and 37.5% had good knowledge. While the relationship between attitudes and smoking behavior of students is 36 students who support and 28 students who do not support smoking behavior. There is a significant relationship between knowledge and student behavior with a value of p <0.05 (0.000) with a Contingency Coefficient (C) value category of 0.601 (strong relationship category). There is a significant relationship between the attitudes and smoking behavior of students with a p value of 0.05 (0.000) and a Contingency Coefficient (C) value of 0.672 (strong relationship category).Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Student Smoking Behavior.
Background: An earthquake is a natural calamity that cannot be avoided, occurs unexpectedly, and cannot be correctly estimated at its epicenter. Earthquakes can be predicted in the range of times that allow them to occur, but not their exact moment of occurrence or strength. Counseling is carried out to prepare the community to be able to deal with earthquake disasters when they occur. Purpose: To improve community preparation in the event of an earthquake disaster. Methods: Community service activities include employing leaflet media to provide earthquake catastrophe advice. People residing in earthquake-prone areas, such as Malabero Village and Bengkulu City, were targeted for the exercise. Results: Before and after receiving earthquake disaster preparedness counseling, there is an improvement in community understanding. Conclusion: By delivering health education using leaflets as a medium for health promotion, the public's understanding of readiness in coping with seismic disasters can be increased.
Revolusi industri 4.0 dan pandemi COVID-19 memaksa manusia untuk melakukan perubahan dan adaptasi kebiasaan baru. Tsunami informasi kesehatan mengakibatkan banyaknya informasi dan berita-berita hoaks yang tersebar di media sosial, sedangkan indeks literasi Indonesia masih jauh tertinggal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis komunikasi efektif menggunakan media sosial Komunitas Daring Literasi Kesehatan Indonesia (Leksia) terhadap penyebaran informasi kesehatan di masyarakat. Metode penelitian menggunakan riset evaluasi dengan pendekatan audit komunikasi media sosial dan aplikasi pesan instan sebagai media tular nalar kepada warganet. Setiap harinya berbagai informasi dibagikan mulai dari hari senin sampai sabtu. Selain itu terdapat juga kegiatan pengabdian, penyuluhan dan perlombaan yang diadakan diluar dari kegiatan rutin. Rekrutmen relawan dilakukan untuk memberikan kesempatan bagi masyarakat dari berbagai profesi yang ingin menjadi bagian dari komunitas. Hasil penelitian adalah proses komunikasi komunitas Leksia melalui media sosial instagram dan whatsapp sudah sesuai dengan kaidah-kaidah komunikasi. Konten-konten yang sudah terjadwal setiap hari dan dispesifikasi dengan jelas sehingga tidak tercampur antara satu topik dengan topik yang lainnya. Monitoring dan evaluasi belum optimal. Kontribusi berupa rekomendasi kepada komunitas online diharapkan meningkatkan komunikasi dua arah untuk menarik kepercayaan publik dan melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi secara periodik terhadap konten-konten yang dibagikan agar tidak melanggar UU ITE.
