As the response of the right on education for the children with special needs, inclusive preschools emerge. This study questions the management of inclusive preschool in disaster areas in Wonosobo. It was a qualitative research that used interview, observation, and documentation as the method of data collection. The researchers employed preliminary research, test of instrument, and professional judgement. Descriptive qualitative was the approach used in this study. The subjects of this study were school principals, teachers and staff, children with special needs, and therapist (assistant teacher) and also the documents of inclusive preschool management from three preschools in Wonosobo. The finding showed that the three institutions have the effort to accommodate and facilitate the students with special needs to develop their potential. The inclusive education aimed at building a strong Islamic character into the students. The management of inclusive preschool in Wonosobo included planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. Planning is closely related to the institution's vision, mission and the work plan supported by the ownership of human resources. Furthermore, inclusive preschools in Wonosobo instructed the school principals to carry out a scheduled monitoring function on the performance and process of the institution.
The purpose of this study is to reveal how women are represented based on German online news. The source of this research is about sexual harassment against women on German online media Tagesspiegel. This research uses the CMDA Herring method to express the context of communication in online media, as well as using the transitivity analysis of Systemic Functional Linguistics. The results showed that German online media tends to be unfavorable toward women. It was proven based on the research findings. Women victims of sexual harassment are represented as passive recipients of men's actions. The condition of women illustrating helplessness and weakness. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that German online news texts published in Tagesspiegel are gender bias.
The low achievement of science in children should not be ignored. One of the efforts to improve the children's science achievement is by conducting science learning through Reggio Emilia Approach with unused and recycled goods. This study aims at depicting the implementation of Reggio Emilia Approach in science learning at a kindergarten in Central Java. The instruments of this study were interview guide, observation sheet, and documentation technique. Validity and reliability test were conducted for the instruments. Descriptive qualitative was the data analysis method. The result showed that unused goods help the children develop their creativity and environmental care from an early age. However, in the teaching and learning process, the collaboration among the teachers is less optimal. In addition to that, parents need to fully support the learning process and collaborate with the teachers. In conclusion, Reggio Emilia is good for science learning but it needs some improvement in its implementation.
