The prevalence of underweight in toddlers 0 – 59 months in Indonesia has increased from 16.3% to 17% based on the 2021 Indonesian Nutrition Status Study (SSGI) data. Underweight is a nutritional problem that is identified using the weight/age indicator (comparing the relative weight of children against age). One of the factors that causes underweight is mother's upbringing, where this can be formed if the knowledge possessed or received by the mother is practiced in daily life. For this reason, serious attention is needed and efforts to prevent underweight as early as possible through mother's knowledge. The purpose of this activity is to increase mothers' knowledge regarding underweight in children aged 0- under 6 months. The method used is to conduct counseling for groups of mothers who have babies aged 0 - <6 months who live in the Pasir Putih sub-district, Depok City, using poster media. The univariate analysis looks at the distribution of the respondent's characteristics, and the bivariate analysis looks at the differences in knowledge before and after the intervention. Based on the results of the analysis with the T-test, there were differences in the knowledge of mothers before and after being given counseling along with giving leaflets with a p value of 0.00. The average pre-test score of 67.7 increased to 92.7. Resulted in a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05) so that it can be concluded that there is a difference in the mother's knowledge score between before and after being given counseling.
