This study aims to inform the concept of philosophy in mathematics, the concept of philosophy in education, and the relationship between mathematics and the philosophy of education. This study follows a descriptive approach with a literature study (library research). The findings indicate the relationship between mathematics and educational philosophy that synergize with each other. The similarity between mathematics and philosophy is that they have the same object of study, namely dealing with a high level of generality and abstraction, using reason/rationality, not conducting experiments, not requiring laboratory equipment. However, mathematics and philosophy are also different in terms of the method in examining a truth. Mathematics uses deduction where the truth of the results of the study must be presented by steps of proving evidence. Meanwhile, philosophy uses various traditional methods where the process of proving evidence does not need to be presented, but it must take place with reasons derived from reasoning and can be flexible.</em><em></em></pre><pre><em> </em></pre><p class="Afiliasi" align="left"><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>:</em></p><em>Mathematics, Philosophy, Education</em>
Counting is a branch of mathematics which is a basic skill that children need to master from an early age. In fact, the ability to count in early childhood is still very low, this is because children find it difficult to count or pronounce a sequence of numbers, count by pointing at objects and pointing to a sequence of objects. On the other hand, teachers do not take advantage of the learning media used to support children's learning outcomes in arithmetic. To overcome this problem, learning to count is carried out using educational learning media Counting Tree because by utilizing educational learning media Counting Tree (counting tree) learning to count will be easier, interesting and fun for children. This study aims to describe the implementation of learning by applying the Counting Tree educational learning media to improve the cognitive abilities of students in Kartika Tanjung Morawa Early Childhood Education. Classroom Action Research with a qualitative approach consisting of three cycles. With the research instrument used was a test of mathematical problem solving abilities. The target output to be achieved in this study is an international journal.
The current phenomenon of child delinquency leads to moral degradation. The fact is children are no longer victims of violence, but also become perpetrators. The emergence of cases of destruction, abuse, rape and even murder carried out by children, show the weakness of moral education in Indonesia. There are two main factors that influence, namely external and internal. There needs to be synergy between parents, teachers and the community to educate children. In addition to moral education in the family and society, school becomes a parent's partner to educate and instill moral values for children in school. In this case, the teacher has a big role in shaping the child into a moral person. Especially in this case, Christian teachers (teachers who are Christian) need to have an awareness of children's needs for moral values because these values are in line with noble Christian values. This research is here to help Christian teachers by offering steps to be able to teach moral values for children in school. The author used descriptive method so that readers can see a picture of the research results more closely. The efforts to overcome children's moral degradation in school include creating a moral community, designing shared moral discipline, upholding moral discipline, teaching conflict resolution and guiding students.
Background: Goat is one type of small ruminant that has a contribution to supporting the development of livestock and is an alternative to meet the needs of animal protein in Indonesian society. The current goat raising system is still carried out by being caged or semi-grazed. In this maintenance system, goats are very susceptible to parasitic diseases, especially those caused by the digestive tract worms. Gastrointestinal worms are a significant problem in livestock, especially small ruminants that cause health problems, such as diarrhea, weight loss, and decreased appetite. Purpose: To determine the percentage and types of digestive tract helminths in Etawa crossbred goats by age. Method: 30 feces samples from Etawa crossbred goats were collected for laboratory examination using native, sedimentation, and flotation methods. Result: From the microscopic examination, it was found that the prevalence of gastrointestinal helminthiasis was 56.6%. Also, the type of worm eggs found in the feces samples from Etawa crossbred goats were Cotylophoron cotylophorum, Moniezia benedeni, Oesophagostomum columbianum, Strongyloides papillosus, Haemonchus contortus, Trichostrongylus sp., and Trichuris globulosa.
