Pengembangan Model Pembelajaran Matematika Realistik Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematika Siswa SMP

Show more

“…Apply media Students and instructors have responded with great excitement to the math learning shown above. The use of technology, said (Rangkuti, 2023), is an ideal approach to improve the quality of education because, as must be realized, science and technology penetrates every area of daily life (Hildani & Safitri, 2021;Latif et al, 2020;Romansyah et al, 2019;Safitri, 2017). When teaching mathematics with the GeoGebra program, a higher standard of knowledge is generated compared to material education that puts students first.…”

“…This is in line with Armania's research (2018) which shows that the increase in mathematical communication skills of junior high school students who receive realistic mathematics education is better than those who receive learning in the conventional way at a significance level of 5%. And from research (Desyana & Sari, 2022) that the development of modules with the application of realistic mathematics education will improve students' abilities and students' responses well to the designed modules. This can be seen from the results of their research that the module was declared effective at 80.67% in the good category and the learning completeness of students before treatment was 18.75% and after receiving treatment it was 68.75% and the n-gain test score was 0.75 which means included in the high category for mathematical communication skills.…”

“…After students study at home independently, when face-to-face in class, educators only quickly repeat material from teaching materials that have been studied at home. Students are trained to discuss in solving problems (Aritonang & Safitri, 2021;Hariati et al, 2020;Hasanah et al, 2021;Hildani & Safitri, 2021;Latif et al, 2020;Raka Siwa et al, 2018;Rezekiah et al, 2022;Romaito et al, 2021;Romansyah et al, 2019;Safitri, 2017aSafitri, , 2017bSafitri & Hasibuan, 2018b, 2018a. This learning process is different from the learning process that usually occurs.…”
