Mục tiêu: Mô tả một số đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng của bệnh nhân ung thư thực quản 1/3 giữa, dưới giai đoạn II, III và đánh giá hiệu quả hóa xạ trị đồng thời tiền phẫu ở nhóm bệnh nhân trên. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả hồi cứu kết hợp tiến cứu trên 32 bệnh nhân ung thư thực quản 1/3 giữa, dưới giai đoạn II, III được hóa xạ trị tiền phẫu với phác đồ hóa chất Paclitaxel/Carboplatin hàng tuần (liều Paclitaxel 50mg/m2, Carboplatin AUC 2) kết hợp xạ trị (liều 41,4Gy/23Fr) và phẫu thuật sau kết thúc hóa xạ trị 4-6 tuần. Kết quả: Tuổi trung bình 55,22± 8,8 tuổi, 100% là nam giới. Triệu chứng chủ yếu là nuốt nghẹn 87,5%, chiều dài trung bình khối u là 5,09+1,51cm. 100% bệnh nhân có mô bệnh học là ung thư biểu mô vảy, và đa số ở giai đoạn III (87,5%). Sau hóa xạ trị, 87,5% bệnh nhân có cải thiện triệu chứng chủ quan trên lâm sàng; 87,5% bệnh nhân có đáp ứng theo tiêu chuẩn RECIST 1.1 trong đó đáp ứng hoàn toàn là 37,5%. Sau hóa xạ trị, 68,8% bệnh nhân được phẫu thuật. Tỷ lệ đáp ứng hoàn toàn trên mô bệnh học (pCR) là 45,5% với diện cắt R0 đạt 100%. Kết luận: Hóa xạ trị đồng thời tiền phẫu phác đồ hóa chất PC (Paclitaxel+ Carboplatin) kết hợp với xạ trị liều 41,4Gy/23Fr là phương pháp có hiệu quả trong điều trị bệnh nhân ung thư thực quản 1/3 giữa, dưới giai đoạn II, III.
Bài viết nghiên cứu vấn đề phát huy giá trị văn hóa trong phát triển kinh tế - xã hội ở làng du lịch cộng đồng của người Dao thôn Nặm Đăm, xã Quản Bạ, huyện Quản Bạ, tỉnh Hà Giang. Phương pháp nghiên cứu được sử dụng là phân tích tài liệu, dữ liệu thứ cấp, điền dã thực địa với phỏng vấn sâu, thảo luận nhóm, và phân tích liên ngành. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, từ năm 2011, sau khi có sự hỗ trợ của tổ chức Caritas (Thụy Sỹ) cùng Trung tâm con người và thiên nhiên (PanNature) với dự án “Du lịch vì người nghèo”, đời sống kinh tế - xã hội người Dao ở Nặm Đăm từng bước thay da đổi thịt. Hơn thế nữa, với ý thức chủ động gìn giữ và phát huy các giá trị văn hóa trong phát triển du lịch, đến nay, Nặm Đăm đã 3 lần nhận được giải thưởng du lịch Asean, giải thưởng thường niên nhằm tôn vinh các địa phương, đơn vị có sản phẩm du lịch, dịch vụ du lịch chất lượng cao, góp phần phát triển bền vững các điểm đến du lịch của khu vực Asean. Điều đó khẳng định, du lịch cộng đồng tại Nặm Đăm là hướng đi hiệu quả trong bảo tồn và phát huy giá trị văn hóa gắn với mục tiêu phát triển kinh tế - xã hội.
Mục tiêu: Mô tả kiến thức, thái độ của sinh viên khối sức khỏe trường Đại học Đại Nam về bệnhđậu mùa khỉ năm 2022.Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang.Kết quả: Nghiên cứu được thực hiện trên 661 sinh viên của khoa Y, khoa Dược và khoa Điều dưỡngthuộc trường Đại học Đại Nam sử dụng bộ câu hỏi thiết kế sẵn để mô tả kiến thức và thái độ của sinhviên về bệnh đậu mùa khỉ. Kết quả cho thấy: Tỷ lệ đạt kiến thức về bệnh đậu mùa khỉ là 56,4%. Tỷlệ sinh viên có thái độ tích cực về bệnh đậu mùa khỉ là 52%.Kết luận: Tỷ lệ đạt kiến thức về bệnh đậu mùa khỉ cũng như tỷ lệ sinh viên có thái độ tích cực vềbệnh chiếm tỷ lệ thấp. Do đó, Ban giám hiệu nhà trường cần phải có những biện pháp tích cực và cụthể để góp phần nâng cao kiến thức, thái độ cho sinh viên về bệnh đậu mùa khỉ.
Mục tiêu: Đánh giá hiệu quả hoá xạ trịđồng thời (HXTĐT) trước phẫu thuật (PT) trong điều trị (ĐT) ung thư trực tràng (UTTT) giai đoạn II, III đồng thời nhận xét một số tác dụng không mong muốn và độc tính của phương pháp ĐT này. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả hồi cứu kết hợp tiến cứu trên 48 bệnh nhân (BN) UTTT giai đoạn II, III được xạ trị liều 50,4 Gy kết hợp hóa chất Capecitabine liều 825mg/m2 x 2 lần/ngày vào các ngày xạ trị, phẫu thuật được thực hiện sau kết thúc HXTĐT 4-6 tuần. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ đáp ứng toàn bộ sau điều trị đạt 83,4%. Tất cả bệnh nhân được phẫu thuật triệt căn trong đó 87,5% PT bảo tồn cơ thắt hậu môn. Đánh giá mô bệnh học của bệnh phẩm sau phẫu thuật: 25% đáp ứng hoàn toàn; 85,4% giảm giai đoạn u và 91,7% giảm giai đoạn hạch. Độc tính gặp chủ yếu ở độ 1: thiếu máu độ 1 là 39,6%, giảm số lượng bạch cầu hạt trung tính độ 1 là 6,3%. Các tác dụng không mong muốn khác hay gặp là viêm bàng quang độ 1 (20,8%) và viêm da do xạ trị độ 1 (37,5%). Không gặp độc tính độ 3,4. Kết luận: HXTĐT trước phẫu thuậtvới Capecitabine là phương pháp điều trị hiệu quả, an toàn và ít độc tính cho BN UTTT giai đoạn II, III.
Mục tiêu: Đánh giá hiệu quả xạ trị điều biến liều hóa xạ đồng thời với phác đồ FOLFOX điều trịtriệt căn ung thư thực quản. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả tiến cứu 32 bệnh nhân ung thư thực quản giai đoạn cT2-4N+M0 hóa xạ trị đồng thời triệt căn với kĩ thuật xạ trị điều biến liều tại khoa Vật lý xạ trị - Trung tâm Ung bướu – Bệnh viện Quân Y 103- Học viện Quân Y từ T1/2018 – T6/2020. Kết quả: Bệnh nhân chủ yếu là nam giới, tuổi hay gặp 40 – 59 tuổi. Mô bệnh học 100% là ung thư biểu mô vảy, 50% là ung thư biểu mô vảy biệt hóa vừa. Cách phân liều: 66Gy/30fx chiếm tỉ lệ 25%, 60Gy/28fx chiếm tỉ lệ 75%. Hóa chất phác đồ FOLFOX đủ liều chiếm tỉ lệ 71,9%, giảm liều chiếm tỉ lệ 28,1%. Đánh giá đáp ứng trên CT: đáp ứng hoàn toàn chiếm 56,2%, đáp ứng một phần chiếm tỉ lệ 34,4%, không đáp ứng 9,4%. Biến chứng trên hệ tạo máu: thiếu máu(34,4%), giảm bạch cầu (21,9%), giảm tiểu cầu (15,6%). Biến chứng viêm thực quản 90,6%, viêm da 56,2% chủ yếu độ 1, độ 2. Kết luận: Điều trị triệt căn ung thư thực quản bằng phác đồ hóa xạ trị đồng thời với kĩ thuật xạ trị điều biến liều kết hợp hóa chất phác đồ FOLFOX cho kết quả đáp ứng tốt, tỉ lệ độc tính trong giới hạn chấp nhận được.
