The cabin temperature increases sharply and can reach 70 when the vehicle parks in the summer direct sunlight, which has a bad influence on the occupants entering comfort. At first, based on the theory of thermal, static heat transfer model of cabin is established and therule of the indoor air temperature changing with time is obtained. After that, ventilation cooling model for car blower is set up andthe cooling effect of blowerunder different flow conditions are analyzed according to the control target temperature inside the cabin.Based on the static heat transfer model, solar radiation intensity, the surface heat transfer coefficient and the glass absorption rate's impacton the temperature inside the car are analyzed.Besides, experiments have been conducted for verifying the static thermal transfer model and the ventilation cooling model. Experimental results show that the theoretical model are in good agreement with theexperimental data, and the blower has good cooling effect when its work flow is70L/s,which is instructive to improve vehicle comfort and reduce the fuel consumption of car's start process.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
