Studies have been carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of the "Kliodeziv" agent in the sanitation of a room for keeping goats by determining the bacterial contamination of the air and walls of the room before and after treatment. It has been established that the Kliodeziv agent has a pronounced bactericidal activity, as it causes a significant decrease in the microbial contamination of the air and walls of the livestock building. The total microbial contamination of the air in the room for keeping goats decreased by 45% and amounted to 3836 CFU, against 6991 CFU before the start of the experiment. Bacteriological evaluation of washouts from wall surfaces showed a decrease in bacterial contamination by 74%, from 1200 CFU to 312 CFU after treatment. Under the influence of Kliodeziv, an increase in the content of erythrocytes by 13%, leukocytes by 7.0% and hemoglobin by 8.9% was noted, which confirms a beneficial effect on erythropoiesis, hemoglobin synthesis, and an increase in the body's defense reactions. Means "Kliodesiv" did not have a negative impact on the biochemical parameters of the blood of small ruminants. Under the influence of iodine, which is part of the agent, an increase in the level of metabolic processes was noted. The content of total protein in the blood serum by the end of the experiment increased by 2.3%; albumin by 3.8%. Means "Cliodesiv" helps to reduce ALT by 4.0%, AST by 7.2%, which indicates a positive effect of the drug on muscle tissue and animal productivity.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
