Durch die COVID-19 Pandemie stehen Hochschullehrende vor der Herausforderung, ihre Lehrkompetenzen an digitale Formate anzupassen. Die Relevanz und die Entwicklung dieser Lehrkompetenzen in Form von didaktischer Kompetenz und akademischer Medienkompetenz sowie die Zufriedenheit Hochschullehrender gewinnt in der digitalen Lehre mit Blick auf die Lehrqualität zunehmend an Bedeutung. In der vorliegenden Studie wurden mittels eines Online-Fragebogens als Querschnittserhebung Hochschullehrende des Fachbereichs Erziehungswissenschaft und Psychologie der Freien Universität Berlin (N = 60) im Wintersemester 2020/2021 befragt. Anhand einer Selbsteinschätzung wurden quantitativ die didaktische Kompetenz, akademische Medienkompetenz und die generelle Zufriedenheit mit der digitalen Lehre gemessen. Es wurden die Skalen Kenntnisse über Bedingungen von nachhaltigen Lehr-/Lernprozessen, IT-Kompetenz, Digitale Lehre, Digital produzieren, Analyse/Reflexion und Zufriedenheit mit der digitalen Lehre adaptiert. Die Korrelationsanalysen weisen signifikante kleine bis mittlere positive Zusammenhänge auf. Die multiple Regression zeigt, dass durch didaktische Kompetenz und akademische Medienkompetenz 18% der Varianz der Zufriedenheit mit der digitalen Lehre Hochschullehrender aufgeklärt werden können. Auf Grundlage der Ergebnisse können Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten identifiziert und entsprechende Weiterbildungen legitimiert werden.
