This study is to analyze the factors that influence the management of regional property in the Pekanbaru City Government. This research uses the SPSS application with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this research show that the quality of the regional apparatus has a significant effect on the management of regional property with a significance value of (0.000) < (0.05) and tcount (9.225) > t table (1.977). Compliance with regulations has a significant effect on the management of regional with a significance value of (0.028) < (0.05) and tcount (-2.218) > -ttable ((1.977). The use of information technology has no significant effect on the management of regional property with significance value (0.877) > (0.05) and tcount (-0.155) > -ttable (1.977).The government's internal control system has a significant effect on the management of regional property with a significance value of (0.008) <0.05 and tcount (2,679) > ttable (1,977).
COVID-19 merupakan penyakit pandemi dan menular melalui benda-benda yang terkontaminasi termasuk linen pasien COVID-19. Laundry rumah sakit mempunyai peran penting dalam mencegah penyebaran virus COVID-19 dengan melakukan pengelolaan linen yang tepat dan sesuai standar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan linen COVID-19 di RSUD Kota Dumai. Metode Penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan desain penelitian rapid asessment procedure di Instalasi Laundry pada Bulan November 2021. Informan penelitian adalah kepala Instalasi dan kepala ruangan pada Instalasi Laundry dan tehnik pengambilan informan dengan cara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara mendalam, observasi dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian dapat diidentifikasi masalah yaitu belum ada visi, misi, program kerja, struktur organisasi dan uraian tugas yang jelas, belum optimalnya pelatihan, pengawasan, manajemen konflik, pengelolaan linen COVID-19, belum ada evaluasi progaram kerja dan mutu linen. Dari masalah yang ada ditentukan prioritas masalah menggunakan Teknik USG (Urgency Serrioussness Growht) yaitu dilakukan pembobotan dan di ranking dari masalah yang ada dan prioritas masalah adalah Belum Optimalnya Pengelolaan Linen COVID-19. Alternatif pemecahan masalah perlu peningkatan pada 3 sistem yaitu sistem input yaitu dilakukan pelatihan, sosialisasi, penyediaan dan realisasi anggaran serta penyusunan SOP/Pedoman pengelolaan linen COVID-19.
The implementation of the Non-Communicable Disease Control Program carried out in Posbindu PTM is a concrete manifestation of community participation in implementing early detection, monitoring and early follow-up of Non-Communicable Disease risk factors independently and continuously. Rokan IV Koto I Community Health Center has implemented PTM control in an integrated manner but the scope of Non-Communicable Disease prevention and eradication efforts is still low at 53,9%. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of the control program for non-communicable diseases in Posbindu PTM Rokan IV Koto I Community Health Center seen from input indicators and processes of the Non-Communicable Disease Control Program. This type of research is qualitative. 8 informants consisted of midwives midwives in charge of posbindu, mobilizing midwives, monitoring midwives, counselor doctors, recording cadres, Head of Sub-Division of Administration, community leaders, BPJS. The tringulation used is source tringulation, methods and data. The results of the study show that inputs (human resources, incentives, facilities and facilities) have been done well even though the use of Posbindu PTM facilities and equipment is not yet available in every village. The process (identification of potential PTM problems, implementation of activities and program innovations, recording and reporting, early risk follow-up and referral of PTM) has gone well. BASMI PELAKOR 1 innovation was able to increase the coverage of community visits to Posbindu PTM to 57,4% which previously had been in 2018 at 53,92%. Suggestion for Community Health Center to facilitate the formation of partnerships in each village through CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) to buy their own tools, deliberation with the community to determine the Posbindu PTM schedule that is mutually agreed upon, involve community participation in implementing BASMI PELAKOR. Satisfaction of Primary Care application users becomes the need to guarantee the accountability of services to BPJS. To measure the level of satisfaction of the Primary Care application, the End User Computation Satisfaction (EUCS) method is used. The aim of the study was to study the relationship between humans, organizations, and technology with EUCS (End User Satisfaction Computing at Pekanbaru pratama city clinic. This type of research is a quantitative cross sectional study with primary information system networks. Variables used were factor-independent variables HOT (human) EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) The research subjects were primay care information system operators with a sample of 90 pratama clinics in the city of Pekanbaru that were taken as total samples, which stated that humans were quite good about being satisfied with the use of p care as much as 2 (100%), respondents who stated that the organization was good enough about satisfaction with the use of p care, namely as much as 5 (100%), and respondents who stated that the technology was good enough needed to be satisfied with the use of p care, which was 6 (60%).
