This study aims to determine the cost, revenue, profit, and R / C ratio, internal and external factors that influence the development of banana chips agroindustry, an alternative strategy that can be applied in the development of banana chips agroindustry in Pontianak City. The type of research used in this study is the case study method. Data collected includes primary data and secondary data. The respondent's withdrawal in this study was purposive sampling, which was determining the sample with consideration of certain criteria which looked at being able to provide maximum data, then the respondents who were taken were banana chips entrepreneurs and as supporting respondents namely one person. Agriculture Service and one person from academia. The results showed that the total costs incurred by banana chips entrepreneurs in one month of the production process amounted to Rp. 22,030,029, revenues amounting to Rp. 46,090,000, the profits amounting to Rp. 24,059,971 and added value of Rp. 15,114 / kg of raw materials. R / C ratio of 2.09, which means that every expenditure of Rp. 1.00 banana chips businessmen get a profit of Rp. 1.09 which means that the business of banana chips is worth trying. The development strategy that can be done by banana chips entrepreneurs is an aggressive strategy with more focus on the strategy of SO (Strength-Opportunities), namely by using the power to take advantage of the opportunities that exist. The aims of this research are (1) To Analyze the comparative and the competitive advantages of maize in Kabupaten Bengkayang (2) To analyze the impact of the government policy of maize in Kabupaten Bengkayang. The Analyze method use a Policy Analisys Matrix (PAM). The analisys showed that Domestic Resource of Ratio were 0,59 and Private Cost Ratio were 0,81. Both of them are less than one that’s mean the maize had the comparative and competitive advantages. To see the government policy of input can be shown from the Nominal Protection Coefficient on Output (NPCO). To see the government policy of input can been shown from the Nominal Coefficient on Input (NPCI) and factor Transfer. Simultanly the government policy if input and output can be shown from the Effective Protection Coefficient Value (EPC), Profitability Coefficient (PC) and Surplus Ratio to Producer (SRP). The analisys result shown that there is no government policy that have been made to the maize output in Kabupaten Bengkayang, right in buying price subsidiary or protection of actual buying price. The government policy to maize input has been shown to the farmer side, but the subsidiary input price not profitable enough to increasment and development of maize product in Kabupaten Bengkayang if not followed by output price policy.Keyword : Comparative and Competitive Advantages, Policy Analisys Matrix, Maize
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah “Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap komitmen organisasi”. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dipakai sebagai bahan pertimbangan, referensi dan bacaan tambahan yang menyajikan kenyataan di lapangan bagaimana kompensasi finansial yang diberikan oleh sekolah kepada karyawan dapat mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi sehingga tujuan sekolah dapat tercapai. Manfaat praktis dalam penelitian ini adalah: a) Bagi Perusahaan: dapat memberikan informasi tentang kebijakan pemberian kompensasi yang dapat meningkatkan komitmen organisasi. b) Bagi peneliti: Dapat memberikan tambahan pengetahuan dan pengalaman tentang pengaruh kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Yayasan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Pontianak Pontianak yang berjumlah 31 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Yayasan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Pontianak berjumlah 31 orang. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Pontianak. Dari hasil perhitungan melalui program SPSS 24 diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,864 dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,929. sementara itu dari tabel anova dan coefficients diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 57,009. Pada signifikan F sebesar 0,000 dan nilai koefisien regresi kompensasi finansial (B1) sebesar 0,112 dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 0,178. Jadi dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kompensasi finansial berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi.
This study aims to determine the opinion of participants on the level of transparency of the selection of CPNS acceptance through the CAT method at the Bengkayang Regency Regional Personnel Agency. The research location is in Bengkayang Regency. This type of research is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. Descriptive statistics describe participants' opinions on the level of transparency in the selection of candidates for civil servants through the CAT method. The population in this study were all participants who took part in the selection of CPNS acceptance at the Bengkayang Regency Regional Personnel Agency in 2020. Sampling was carried out by stratified random sampling with a sample of 41 people. The results showed that the participants' opinions on the level of transparency of the selection of CPNS admissions through the CAT method for each dimension on average were in the good and very good categories; so this shows that the opinion of participants on the level of transparency of the selection of CPNS acceptance through the CAT method at the Bengkayang Regency Regional Personnel Agency is very positive.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a simultaneous and partial marketing mix consisting of products, prices, promotions, locations, people/HR, processes and physical evidence on the level of sales. Based on the results of the analysis of research that has been carried out it is known that the product variables (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3), location (X4), people/HR (X5), process (X6) and physical evidence (X7) together-the same (simultaneous) has a significant effect on the level of sales this is indicated by the value of Fcount> Ftable (15.775> 2.16) with a significance level <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Based on the t test results it is known that the product variables (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and people / HR (X5) have a partial effect (respectively) on the level of sales. This study also obtained a coefficient of determination of 0, 600%, which indicates that 60% of the seven independent variables affect the dependent variable, and 40% are influenced by variables outside the study.
