Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng điều trị bệnh nhân HIV bằng Lamivudin, Tenofovir, Dolutegravir tạiBệnh viện Đa khoa Long An.Đối tượng và phương pháp: Mô tả hồi cứu trên 80 bệnh nhân nhiễm HIV/AIDS đang được điềutrị bằng phác đồ có sử dụng 3 loại thuốc ARV Lamivudin 300mg, Tenofovir 300mg, Dolutegravir50mg, điều trị nội và ngoại trú tại khoa Truyền nhiễm Bệnh viện đa khoa Long An.Kết quả: Bệnh nhân nam chiếm đa số (58,8%); độ tuổi trung bình 34,3 ± 7,1. Phần lớn bệnh nhânbắt đầu ở GĐLS 1 và 2 (62,6%) và duy trì trong thời gian điều trị. Về giai đoạn miễn dịch, phần lớnbệnh nhân được điều trị ở giai đoạn suy giảm miễn dịch đáng kể và nặng chiếm tương ứng là 26,3%và 28,8%. Có 100,0% bệnh nhân được bắt đầu điều trị bằng phác đồ TDF/3TC/DTG (Acriptega).Kết luận: Phần lớn bệnh nhân bắt đầu ở GĐLS 1 và 2. Phần lớn bệnh nhân được điều trị ở giai đoạnsuy giảm miễn dịch đáng kể và nặng. Bệnh nhân được bắt đầu điều trị bằng phác đồ TDF/3TC/DTG(Acriptega)
Mục tiêu: Mô tả thực trạng kê đơn thuốc ngoại trú tại khoa Phụ sản, Bệnh viện Đa khoa khu vực Tân Châu, Tỉnh An Giang năm 2019. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 400 đơn thuốc điều trị ngoại trú lưu trữ tại khoa Phụ sản, Bệnh viện Đa khoa khu vực Tân Châu, tỉnh An Giang trong thời gian từ 01/01/2019 đến 31/12/2019. Kết quả: Chấp hành các quy định trong ghi đơn thuốc; 100% đơn thuốc có ghi đầy đủ tên, tuổi, giới tính, chẩn đoán, gạch chéo phần trống, ghi đầy đủ họ tên và chữ ký của bác sĩ, số lượng thuốc; 100% ghi đầy đủ địa chỉ bệnh nhân; 78,25% ghi tên gốc đúng quy định; 89,00% ghi đủ hàm lượng; 100% ghi đủ liều dùng và thời điểm dùng thuốc; 100% ghi đủ đường dùng. Số thuốc trung bình trong 1 đơn là 4,53; 80,75% thuốc được kê theo tên gốc; 20,50% đơn có kê kháng sinh; 14,0% đơn có kê vitamin; 100% thuốc được kê đơn nằm trong danh mục thuốc thiết yếu (DMTTY) và danh mục thuốc của bệnh viện. Kết luận: Chấp hành các quy định trong ghi đơn thuốc chiếm tỷ lệ cao. Số thuốc trung bình trong 1 đơn là 4,53. Chủ yếu các thuốc được kê theo tên gốc, thuốc nằm trong DMTTY, tỷ lệ đơn thuốc có kháng sinh và vitamin chiếm tỷ lệ thấp.
Mục tiêu: Mô tả đặc điểm độc tính trên thận của bệnh nhân sử dụng Vancomycin tại Bệnh viện Sản Nhi An Giang. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu thuần tập hồi cứu trên 100 hồ sơ bệnh án (HSBA) của bệnh nhân được điều trị tại Bệnh viện Sản Nhi An Giang trong khoảng thời gian từ ngày 01/01/2020 - 31/12/2020. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ phát sinh độc tính thận trong nghiên cứu là 24,0%. Trung vị thời gian khởi phát độc tính là 8 ngày, khoảng tứ phân vị là 4 -14 ngày kể từ khi bắt đầu dùng thuốc. Tỷ lệ xuất hiện độc tính thận ở các mức độ: nguy cơ, tổn thương và suy tương ứng là 54,2%, 29,2% và 16,6%. 33,3% số bệnh nhân xuất hiện độc tính thận có hồi phục độc tính với trung vị thời gian hồi phục độc tính là 5,2 (3,2 - 14,8) ngày sau khi kết thúc dùng thuốc. Kết luận: Tỷ lệ phát sinh độc tính thận trong nghiên cứu là 24,0%. Tỷ lệ xuất hiện độc tính thận ở các mức độ: nguy cơ, tổn thương và suy tương ứng là 54,2%, 29,2% và 16,6%. 33,3% số bệnh nhân xuất hiện độc tính thận có hồi phục độc tính.
Objective: Analyzing drug interactions in outpatient treatment at Thot Not District General Hospital in 2020.Subjects and methods: cross-sectional study on 400 prescriptions for insured patients with outpatient medical records at Thot Not general hospital from January 1st, 2020 to June 30th, 2020.Results: Five pairs of clinically significant drug interactions were recorded with the databases used in the study. The rate of prescription of drug interactions with clinical significance was 11%. The number of prescriptions with a drug interaction accounted for the highest proportion (10.8%) and only one prescription with two drug interactions detected (0.2%). The pair of drug interactions thatappeared with the most frequency were clopidogrel and proton pump inhibitors (34.1%), followed by interactions between aspirin and NSAIDs (25%), interactions between codeine and clopheniramin(20.4%). There was no relationship between the patient’s age and the ability of drug interactions (p> 0.05) but there was an association between the sex and the amount of drugs used in the prescriptionand the ability of drug interactions was statistically significant (p <0.05).Conclusion: The rate of prescription drug interactions with clinical significance was 11%. The pair of drug interactions that appeared with the most frequency were clopidogrel and proton pump inhibitors(34.1%). There was an association between the sex and the amount of drugs used in the prescription and the ability of drug interactions was statistically significant (p <0.05)
Objective: To survey the use of carbapenem antibiotics at An Sinh General Hospital. Subjects and methods: retrospective descriptive study on 100 medical records of patients being treated in departments of An Sinh General Hospital from June 1st, 2020 to December 31st, 2020. Results: The carbapenem antibiotic used at An Sinh General Hospital mainly indicated for the treatment of pneumonia accounted for the highest percentage with 53.3%. There were 100% of strains of Haemophilus influenzae; Rhizobium radiobacter; Proteus. cp; Streptococcus mitis, which was also sensitive to carbapenem. 100% strains of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia bacteria was resistant to meropenem; 01 strain of Burkhorderia vietnamiensis was isolated against imipenem; 2 of 3 strains of Staphylococcus aereus isolated were resistant to meropenem. Carbapenem was mainly used in combination regimens. The proportion of the combination in the initial regimen was 100%. The rate of combination of 3 antibiotics was 22.7%. In the replaceable regimen, the combination rate was 82.2%. Conclusion: The carbapenem group was indicated for the treatment of pneumonia. Strains of the bacteria Haemophilus influenzae; Rhizobium radiobacter; Proteus. cp; Streptococcus mitis was also sensitive to carbapenem. Bacteria strains Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, Burkhorderia vietnamiensis and Staphylococcus aereus were resistant to meropenem. Carbapenem was mainly used in combination regimens.
