The work provides the results of experimental investigation of strain properties of steel-fiber reinforced concrete with high-strength cement-sand matrix and various content of fiber (up to 6% by volume). The work demonstrates influence of the type and content of steel fiber over changes of characteristics of complete diagrams of strain under axial tension. It shows that introduction of fiber gives elastic properties to the matrix that (properties) in a greater degree depend upon the type of fiber than upon percent of fiber reinforcement.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
