The threat of the COVID epidemic and the subsequent isolation has dealt a serious blow to the education system, as there were significant obstacles to full-time teaching. In addition, many other problems of education have become actual, primarily ones associated with the transition to the information era. For example, the effects of the so-called technological singularity began to be felt, in which new technologies appear more and more often and do not have time to be comprehended by humanity. All these negative factors require an appropriate adaptation of the educational system to the dynamics of the real situation. This article contains a study of 100 statements in the Russian-speaking segment of the Internet containing a mention of education issues. The study is made through the prism of the Simple Learning Motivations Hierarchy Model (SLMHM). The purpose of this research is to demonstrate the capabilities of the SLMHM model for systematizing problems and determining the directions for finding their solutions. The education issues are considered within the framework of the study of the relationship between students, parents, school, society, and the environment (economy, ecology, etc.). The article describes a model of a flexible effective education system that includes 16 levels of development. The model can be used to assess educational processes in an educational institution or the educational branch as a whole, as well as to plan their improvement. Thus, one can talk about the possibility of using the SLMHM model in matters of strategic planning for the development of education. The article provides specific examples of determining the level of the issues in education according to the SLMHM model, as well as finding the actions to find their solution.
Simple Learning Motivations Hierarchy Model (SLMHM) is a theory that attempts to structure the path of learning “growth” with 16 levels where each next level corresponds to higher aims, motives, results, and satisfaction of needs. The SLMHM has been developed to simplify design, control, and evaluate the learning processes. The SLMHM was first presented at IES-2020 Conference (Gakh, 2020). More detailed research including analysis of internal structure shows that the model should be corrected. The “Plan-Do-Check-Act” cycle (PDCA Cycle) is popular in management. This paper describes the SLMHM improvements based on analyses of its similarities with the PDCA Cycle. The description of this research makes SLMHM more comprehend.
There are different Maturity, Motivation, and Development models. The models can be applied to the development of organizations, businesses, information technology infrastructure, human resources, and so on. This paper discusses society patterns that can be used in modeling society and team development. The model discussed has many advantages over existing ones. It assumes the Age of Creativity and the Creative Society Pattern as the upmost level of development. The patterns are juxtaposed with the 16 levels Simple Learning Motivation Hierarchy Model that allow modeling of dynamic processes with Expansion and Totality as the upmost levels. This approach eliminates the limitations of existing models and allows detailed modeling and planning. Explanation of the future development of humanity (up to the Age of Creativity) is one of the advantages of the model. The paper contains the description of the main peculiarities of society patterns and creates a basis for practical implementation of the model for society and team development. Organizations and teams can benefit from this model through its implementation in consulting and coaching processes. The model can be used in regional/organizational development and investment planning.

There are different Maturity, Motivation, and Development models used in organizations, businesses, technology, human resources, and so on. Many models have lost their efficiency because they were developed for a quite long time or for limited domains. The rapid development of technology requires relevant models to understand the given reality and achieve the aims. This paper discusses Societal Patterns Evolution Model that can be used in modeling societal, organizational, regional, and even national development. Explanation of the future development of humanity (up to the Age of Creativity) is one of the advantages of the model. The paper contains a description of the main peculiarities of societal patterns and creates a basis for the practical implementation of the model. The model can be used in a wide range of areas, including, but not limited to sociology, industry, finance, consulting, coaching, and science.
Implementation of Smart City conception is direction of developing many modern cities. Rapid urbanization leaded to constant increasing urban population. At the same time technological growth is cause of increasing of density and complexity of urban infrastructure. Street Addressing system is an essential component of city management, quality of citizens' life, and other spheres of city's economy. This paper considers peculiarities of Street Addressing system from human and technologies perspectives to be an essential part of the Smart Cities concept implementation.
