The properties of the natural bio-sensors property as the fuel after treatment, is beneficial as most environmental friendly alternative. The Microbial fuel cell will help in bio electricity generation. To use them first it is important to know the stability and the characteristics of such organic compound. The papers present the first attempt study to perform the characteristic analysis of organic compounds of such properties using computational algorithms. The paper presents the computational method of assessment of stability and characteristics analysis of organic herbs i.e. Syzygium and Citrus. The Structural Similarity Index Method (SSIM) and Graph Comparison using their Coordinates (GCC) are implemented to determine the stability of the organic herbs in the real-time mode. The paper also presents the performance characteristics of the software algorithms and their comparative results to verify the outcomes of the herb characteristics using both methods.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
