Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) perbedaan motivasi belajar Matematika antara penerapan strategi pembelajaranCartoon Card dengan Course Review Horay pada siswa, 2) strategi mana yang lebih besar pengaruhnya terhadap motivasi belajar Matematika antara strategi pembelajaran Cartoon Card dengan Course Review Horay pada siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SD Negeri Kleco 1 No.7 Surakarta. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil adalah siswa kelas III.1 dan III.2. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t yang sebelumnya dilakukan analisis prasyarat menggunakan uji normalitas. Hasil analisis data dengan taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh: 1) tidak terdapatperbedaan motivasi belajar Matematika antara penerapan strategi pembelajaranCartoon Card dengan Course Review Horay pada siswa kelas 3 SD Negeri Kleco 1 No.7 Surakarta yang dibuktikan dengan thitung ttabel, yaitu 0,78 2,301 dan nilai probabilitas 0,938 0,05, 2) strategi pembelajaran Cartoon Cardsetarapengaruhnya dengan Course Review Horay terhadap motivasi belajar Matematikapada siswa kelas 3 SD Negeri Kleco 1 No.7 Surakarta dan dibuktikan dengan skor rata-rata motivasi belajar Matematika kelas 3.1yang tidak berbeda secara signifikan dengan kelas 3.2, yaitu adalah 91,80 – 91,60 = 0,20. This study aims to determine: 1) the difference of learning motivation Mathematics between the implementation of learning strategy Cartoon Card with Course Review Horay on students, 2) Which strategy is greater influence on learning motivation Mathematics between learning strategy Cartoon Card with Course Review Horay on students. This research is a quantitative experimental research. The population in this study were all students of SD Negeri Kleco 1 No.7 Surakarta. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Samples taken are students of class III.1 and III.2. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used is t test which previously conducted prerequisite analysis using normality test. Result of data analysis with 5% significance level obtained: 1) there is no difference of learning motivation Mathematics between applying of learning strategy Cartoon Card with Course Review Horay at grade 3 student of SD Kleco 1 No.7 Surakarta which proved by t count ttabel, that is 0,78 2,301 and probability value 0,938 0,05,2) Cartoon Cards teaching strategy shears with Course Review Horay to motivation learn Mathematics in grade 3 of SD Kleco 1 No.7 Surakarta and proved by average score of motivation learn Mathematics class 3.1 which is not different significantly with class 3.2, ie is 91.80 - 91.60 = 0.20.
Abstrak: Beauvericin merupakan heksadepsipeptida siklik yang diproduksi oleh berbagai jamur seperti Beauveria bassiana dan Fussarium spp. Penelitian mengenai sintesis senyawa beauvericin telah dilakukan melalui media mikrobiologi, namun sintesis dengan metode sintesis peptida masih belum banyak dilaporkan. Sedikitnya laporan mengenai sintesis senyawa beauvericin disebabkan sulitnya akses terhadap pengadaan material sintesis atau prekursor senyawa yang bersangkutan.Prekursor dari senyawa beauvericin adalah asam amino N-metilfenilalanin dan asam hidroksi isovalerat. Dalam kaitannya dengan sintesis total peptida dalam fase padat yang akan dilakukan, asam hidroksi isovalerat (Hiv) akan sulit ditambahkan ke dalam resin, sehingga senyawa ini harus ditambahkan kedalam resin dalam bentuk depsidipeptida, Fmoc-MePhe-Hiv.Sintesis depsidipeptida ini merupakan rangkaian 4 tahap reaksi, yakni, diazotisasi-perlindungan t-Bu-pelepasan asetiloksi-kopling.Dalam penelitian ini,tahap diazotisasi akan dilaporkan. Asam (2R)-asetiloksiisovalerat disintesis dari D-valin melalui reaksi pembentukan garam diazonium dengan penambahan NaNO 2 dan asam asetat.Proses sintesis dikontrol dengan kromatografi lapis dan dimurnikan dengan metode kromatografi kolom terbuka. Produk sintesis dikarakterisasi dengan berbagai teknik spektroskopi meliputi spektrofotometer inframerah, spektroskopi massa (LC-MS), 1 H-NMR dan 13 C-NMR. Senyawa asam (2R)-asetiloksiisovalerat diperoleh dengan rendemen 62,7%. Kata kunci:Beauvericin, asam (2R)-asetiloksiisovalerat, NaNO 2 , and asam asetat glasial. Abstract: Beauvericin is a cyclic hexapeptide produced by various fungi such as Beauveria bassiana and Fussarium spp. Research on the synthesis of beauvericin has been carried out through microbiological media, but the synthesis using a chemical synthesis method has not been widely reported. The limited articles about the synthesis of beauvericin is due to the difficulty of access to the procurement of materials synthesis or precursor compound. Beauvericin contains of precursors of N-metilfenilalanin amino acids and D-hydroxyisovaleric acid.Since the synthesis of beauvericin will be undertaken using a solid phase method, it will be difficult to add Dhydroxyisovaleric
The current learning process must still be carried out by all students even though they are in a pandemic outbreak situation. Education is the main key in preparing superior human resources to be able to compete at the global level. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the entire educational setting from being face-to-face in the classroom to a learning process with a learning from home system. Learning during the current pandemic requires innovation in the education system to formulate the right learning models and methods so that the process of teaching and learning activities can take place effectively. This study aims to examine the analysis of education system innovations during a pandemic. The research method uses the literature review method with data sources obtained from related documents and articles. The results showed that the innovation of online or online learning systems has a great influence on the current education system, even though it is in a pandemic situation, but this innovation provides benefits and satisfactory results for students and educators.
The purposes of this study are: 1) to find out the method to teach English subject at SMA MBS Yogyakarta. 2) to find out the different method employed by English teachers in teaching English subject. 3) to find out the difficulties faced by the English teachers in teaching English subject. The design of this study is descriptive qualitative research. The object of this study is all of English teachers of the second grade students. The data was taken from interviews and classroom observations. In the data analysis techniques, the results of interviews with all of English teachers are grouped into the observed topic. The result of this study shows that the method used by English teachers in teaching English subject is the eclectic method. There are no different methods in teaching English subject. The difficulties encountered by the English teachers in teaching English subject include classroom management, and limited learning sources.
