Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang kondisi pekerja wanita di Indonesia dari berbagai jenis profesi dan pekerjaan terkait pengalaman mereka terkait Kekerasan Berbasis gender Online (KBGO) di lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini juga ingin mengetahui pandangan atau persepsi wanita pekerja tentang komentar berbau pelecehan, definisi kekerasan berbasis daring, tindakan apabila mengalami KBGO dan kesediaan bercerita apabila menjadi korban. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode campuran kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan metode sampling kuota terhadap wanita bekerja di Indonesia yang berumur lebih dari 15 tahun. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis framework. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa hal KBGO yang paling sering terjadi pada wanita pekerja adalah (i) memantau, melacak dan mengawasi kegiatan online atau offline dengan niatan tertentu (ii) mendapat komentar kasar secara daring dan luring (iii) kegiatan mengakses, menggunakan atau memanipulasi data pribadi atau foto atau video, serta informasi dan konten pribadi tanpa sepengetahuan dan tanpa persetujuan. Persepsi KBGO menurut responden adalah (1) Bentuk Penipuan Daring (2) Prostitusi (3) Bullying (4) Komentar Kasar (5) Body Shaming (5) Menyebarkan video seksual (6) Membuat stiker dan candaan menggunakan organ tubuh wanita. (7) Menggunakan foto profil di akun media sosial dengan bentuk tubuh wanita. (8) Ajakan video call seksual (9) Pengiriman pesan seksual (10) Permintaan Post a Picture (PAP). Pada akhir bagian peneliti memberikan tiga rekomendasi kebijakan untuk menangani masalah KBGO di lingkungan kerja.
