Business concepts has experienced change from conventional (offline) to that which is digital (online) to win the market. This includes businesses in the financial technology (FinTech). This research aims to analyze the quality of loans in Indonesia FinTech-Peer to Peer (P2P) Lending. The objects of this research are seventy-two companies which establish FinTech-P2P lending. The tool used in this research is the analysis of the loan quality and the data trend from January until October 2018. Results of this research show that borrower and lender accounts have increased by 10,8 times, and it has increased by 1,8 times compared to the previous year. P2P lending has distributed loans as much as Rp.15.990.143.141.355 until October 2018. This number has grown 5,3 times since January of that year. Most of the loans in the P2P lending are current loans, in which its monthly payment is less than 30 days past due as of any date of determination. On average, the loan quality in the P2P lending is dominated by current loans, which reach 97,09%. The rest are non-current loans (1,90%) and bad loans (1,03%) every month. The low rate of non-performing loans shows a good quality of financial transaction. The information from this research may be used as a consideration for the society in using FinTech-P2P Lending for lending funds and investment.
The job creation law, which functions to accelerate economic recovery, especially in the construction world, has been ratified by the DPR. This Law affects the regulation of the intervention authority in terms of the implementation of construction services, both for construction service providers and users of construction services, and the supervision of regional regulations regarding the construction sector's performance, which consider hindering investment. The Law expects to provide provisions for the construction world, namely job creation, worker competence, welfare improvement, increased worker productivity, and empowerment of regional construction workers. So, to ensure and supervise if this Law has a positive impact on the world of construction as we advance, the role of the DPR RI is vital. For this reason, caution needs in formulating the derivative rules. But over time, the construction community rejected these laws. So based on this background, this research aims to see the impact of the Job Creation Act on the construction world
That this research aims to find out to what extent the community and stakeholders play a role in eradicating corrupt behavior in order to prevent criminal acts of corruption through non-penal measures. Development as a planned effort for the people's welfare, it has been endeavored as efficiently and as possible as effectively as possible with funds and limited capabilities. The results of the research arecorruption, constitutes abuse and misappropriation, which is committed by state administrators of money or state facilities, this is where the role of the prosecutor can be optimized to carry out administrative action, in the form of prevention that can be optimized to eradicate corruption which is expected to produce more tangible results.
Human rights are basic rights that are inherent in every human being that cannot be reduced at all. This right can only be taken away through legitimate state institutions and with legitimate legal reasons as well, but the increasingly globalized economic flow, and an increasingly advanced social order and leads to industrialization in all fields, creating many new crime models with an increasing trend, one of them is the crime of human trafficking. They are not only adults who are vulnerable to this crime, but it turns out that children are the most vulnerable to this crime, so that their human rights are threatened in all aspects. This study uses a normative juridical method with only the study of laws and literature. The result of the research is that the laws and regulations protecting the human rights of children from human trafficking crimes are inadequate and tend not to be in sync with one another so that they have not been maximized in realizing protection for child victims of human trafficking
Dr. KH. Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur) is an Indonesian Muslim figure and a leader in politics who became the fourth president of Indonesia, with a term of office from 1999 to 2001. Gus Dur is known for his unique and phenomenal self, this can be proven by the fact that he spent approximately two years during served as president Gus Dur was able to reshuffle more than 10 ministers who were in the ranks of his cabinet, some of these ministerial figures were also major figures from parties who were influential in politics at that time. Gus Dur's sacrifice in the eyes of society turned out to be so great that it raised several questions from the people's point of view "What is a good type of leadership?" and "Where is the policy given by Gus Dur?". To answer these questions, a qualitative research approach is needed in order to be able to process data comprehensively regarding the typology of Gus Dur's political leadership. From this, it is concluded that the leadership typology of Gus Dur is a charismatic and transformational leader.
