Tras el cierre de universidades producto de las medidas para controlar la pandemia por COVID-19, los centros educativos no tuvieron otra opción que optar por la educación online. El presente artículo analiza elementos en común entre las dinámicas de comunicación y modalidad de enseñanza en Uzbekistán y España. Se muestra que las respuestas tecnológicas, plataformas utilizadas, así como el nivel de aceptación y exigencia son similares en las dos naciones. Se concluye que si bien existe un incremento de fuentes y acceso a al información, ésta no significa un mejor aprendizaje, además, se plantea la necesidad de un sistema mixto de cara al futuro y las necesidades del nuevo momento que plantea la pandemia y la post-pandemia alrededor del mundo.
La globalización supone una problemática que puede ser entendida desde distintas aristas, principalmente como factor económico-comercial, sin embargo, su expansión a otros campos de la vida, atrae múltiples ventajas, pero también afectaciones a las sociedades del siglo XXI. La cultura utilizada como mecanismo de poder para homogeneizar a las culturas locales, así como servirse de la lengua para entronar un idioma, un estilo de vida, moralidad, costumbre, etc. De ahí, que el objetivo del presente artículo es realizar un análisis del uso del lenguaje en la cultura globalizada. Para este efecto se utilizan algunos ejemplos de cómo el lenguaje y la cultura, efectivamente, ha cruzado fronteras y se instala en el imaginario social provocando una hibridación que roza con los componentes de la identidad nacional/cultural.
The pandemic has become a unique test of the power of international cooperation, manifested not only in the exchange of experience on epidemiological and organizational issues, but also in mutual financial, economic, and food assistance among the population. In this regard, it has become clear in Uzbekistan that it is difficult to fully ensure national security, especially human security, by eradicating the coronavirus only within the country. During the pandemic, international organizations provided the necessary assistance to Uzbekistan, and in 2020, $2.7 billion directed by international and foreign financial institutions, such as the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, and the Japan International Cooperation Agency. The financial institutions will provide health care to fight the pandemic and have allocated $277 million to the storage health sector, sources said. The COVID-19 pandemic in the social context has significantly affected the population due to the great impact that has been generated in all the contexts where the individual develops. Among the problems that can be highlighted due to their level of increase is social inequality, discrimination, exclusion, and violence, among others, being those a reason for people to have effects on their well-being and quality of life. In relation to the aforementioned, this research aimed to analyze COVID-19 in the educational context in Uzbekistan universities and in the methodological context in virtual classes during this pandemic.
