The criminal justice system is incredibly expensive, complicated, and becoming increasingly crucial. When the impoverished are unable to approach the temple of justice, it is an indirect denial of justice to the weaker members of society. So, in these days, the courts have taken the lead and extended a helping hand to victims in order to get justice. At the moment, the judicial delivery system is evolving in order to provide relief to the general public. The researcher has researched this issue to determine what is necessary in today's society to get justice, and what the demands of this study are, and is attempting to convey from his or her own point of view. A socio-legal study is an examination of the link between society and the law. Criminal administration of justice is defined as "one's own activity and the structure of police and courts for the justice system in the discovery, investigation, anxiety, consultation, and trial of individuals accused of crime." The administration of justice is dependent on the personnel activities of the police, the public, and the court, for the victim to receive justice. The government has enacted several significant laws, such as the Indian Penal Code, cyber law, the Contract Act, and procedural law, such as the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Law of Evidence. However, the execution of these laws is contingent on these conditions. The three branches of government are the police, the public, and the judiciary. Everyone has been living according to their constitutional rights; no one can infringe on the rights of others since our constitution is based on democracy. And the basic core of our constitution is nature, distinctive features, preamble, fundamental rights, guiding principles, obligations, and so on.
We are living in the era of technology and internet is gift of technology. The advantage of internet is blessings but misuse of internet results into the headache. Online hate speech is one of the issues of the modern era. The legal mechanism is also going through big challenge regarding the protection of online hate speech in India. Section 66 A of the Information Technology Act, 2002, was struck down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court and it created challenge for the protection of online hate speech. We have seen number of incidence where fake news/objectionable materials/hate speech/rumors are put through computer resources and communication devices. It had spread hate and violence in the large number of cases. The researcher put light on the notion of hate speech and discuss in detail the international law, domestic law and judicial pronouncements. Civilized Society is facing enormous crisis to deal with online hate speech. The researcher is examining the existing legal mechanism on online hate speech with the relevant provisions of the law and judgments. Electronic evidence is vital to judge the online hate speech. The present study analyzed the issue of right to privacy vis-à-vis CCTV surveillance. The usage of CCTV surveillance has grown in recent years. Governments and individuals are using CCTV surveillance for reducing the risk of crimes and to get proper information of crime. Technological enhancement should be used for making life better and safe. It has been found that mishandling of CCTV surveillance results in violation of the right to life with dignity. It has also raised the concern about liberty and freedom of individuals. The study put prominence on the proper usage of CCTV surveillances. It is essential that the right of privacy should not be violated and the usage will give fruitful results. There are always two sides of the coin. CCTV surveillance has its own pluses and drawbacks and the same is narrated in the present study. Whenever it is done without proper precautions then it may enter into the private life of a person without taking their consent. Photographs and clippings of private moments are divulged and it is the annexation of the privacy of people. It is uncomfortable. It is very difficult to keep balance between uprightness and evil in the era of technological advancement. The study put emphasis on the germane usage of CCTV surveillances rather than cluttered. The right to privacy is associated with dignity, freedom and liberty. It shall not be hampered by technological expansion.
