Vitreus kavitesine göz içi lens (GİL) düşen ve vitreoretinal cerrahi (VRC) uygulanan olgularda yaş, cinsiyet, eşlik eden göz muayene bulguları ve uygulanan cerrahinin sonuçlarını incelemek. Ge reç ve Yön tem: Vitreusa GİL dislokasyonu tanısı alarak VRC yapılan 30 hastanın 30 gözü geriye dönük olarak değerlendirildi. Ameliyat öncesi ve sonrası görme düzeyleri, göz içi basıncı (GİB) değerleri, biyomikroskopik bulguları ve göz dibi muayenesini içeren muayene bulguları değerlendirildi. Bulgular: Olguların ortalama yaşı 63,1 yıl (38-83 yıl) idi. Olguların 21'i erkek (%70), 9'u kadın (%30) idi. Etiyolojilerine göre değerlendirildiğinde; 18 olguda (%60) geç dönemde spontan dislokasyon, 5 olguda (%16,6) fakoemülsifikasyon cerrahisi sonrası, 4 olguda (%13,3) travma sonrası, 2 olguda (%6,6) önceden uygulanmış vitrektomi ve 1 olguda (%3,3) YAG lazer kapsülotomi uygulaması sonrası dislokasyon belirlendi. Bütün olgulara 23 gauge triamsinolon eşliğinde pars plana vitrektomi, GİL ekstraksiyonu, arka hyaloid ayrılması, 360 derece endolazer fotokoagülasyon ve serum hava değişimi uygulandı. On üç olguya (%43,3) ön kapsül üzerine, 10 olguya (%33,3) ön kamaraya ve 4 olguya (%13,3) skleral fiksasyonlu GİL implantasyonu uygulandı. Ameliyat sonrası dönemde 23 olguda (%76,6) görme keskinliğinde artış sağlanırken 5 olguda (%16,6) görme keskinliği değişmedi, 2 olguda (%6,6) görme keskinliğinde azalma belirlendi. Sonuç: Vitreus kavitesine GİL dislokasyonlarında VRC ve ikincil GİL implantasyonu başarılı bir cerrahi yöntem olup, bu yöntem ile kötü görme sonuçları engellenebilir.
