Meta-Wissens (Wissen über Wissen) vorzunehmen. • Teams werden als informationsverarbeitende systeme verstanden, die heterogenes Mitgliederwissen auf ein zu erreichendes Ziel hin integrieren. Zu diesem Zweck muss jedes Teammitglied sowohl Wissen über die Expertise der anderen Teammitglieder als auch Wissen über deren im Verlauf der Teamarbeit neu hervorgebrachtes Knowhow aufbauen. Dies geschieht im rahmen eines transaktiven gedächtnissystems. • Der Beitrag erörtert die wesentlichen Phasen bei der Entstehung und nutzung eines transaktiven gedächtnissystems. Da dieses für den Aufbau sowie die Aktualisierung gegenseitigen Wissens sorgt, wird im Ergebnis eine Verbesserung betrieblicher Koordinationsprozesse erzielt. Der effizientere Informationstransfer erhöht die Fähigkeit des Teams, Wissen zu integrieren und trägt damit zum Teamerfolg bei. • schließlich folgen Überlegungen, inwiefern Meta-Wissen in innovativer Teamarbeit möglicherweise geeignet ist, als Annäherung an die Frage der Modellierung der Informationsproduktion in Teams zu dienen. Dies könnte erste Impulse für die Entwicklung einer umfassenderen unternehmenstheorie liefern.
