Pada kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat kali ini peserta sekaligus ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Mojokrapak Tembelang Jombang, berdasarkan hasil analisis situasi, muncul permasalahan-permasalahan diantaranya : Permasalahan pokok yang pertama adalah kurangnya pemahaman warga tentang budidaya, Masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak mengerti bahwa budidaya tidak memerlukan banyak tempat dan biaya, serta kurang memiliki pengetahuan bahwa budidaya ikan dan tanaman dalam ember memberikan banyak keuntungan. Adapun Metode yang di guanakan adalah yakni sosialisasi, ceramah, diskusi , Pelatihan dan pendampingan, Dan hasil yang di dapat adalah manfaat Budikdamber bisa memenuhi kebutuhan rumah tangga dan hasilnya bisa dijual bila panennya berlebih, serta menjadikan budidaya ikan dalam ember ini sebagai sumber penghasilan tambahan, jika kita menjalankanya dengan sungguh-sungguh pasti akan mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal seperti yang kita harapkan
Pendidikan adalah salah satu unsur dari aspek sosial – budaya yang berperan sangatstrategis dalam pembinaan suatu keluarga, masyarakat dan bangsa. Filosof Muslim ini adalah al-Ghazali, menurut alGozali pendidikan adalah untuk mendekatkan diri kepada Allah SWT., bukan untuk mencarikedudukan yang menghasilkan uang. This research was conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic where all schools used an online learning system or learning at home. As in MI Nidhomiyah Sentul, we took samples from fiqh subjects and the learning strategy used by fiqh teachers was inquiry learning strategy. What is done is by providing learning materials in the form of reading texts on textbooks or learning videos made by the teacher, after that students are asked to understand the content in the material by means of voicenotes, students do question and answer among their friends/discussions after all the teachers give assignments. to students. The impact of the changing learning system has resulted in teachers, students and parents experiencing their respective difficulties. Such as inadequate facilities for online learning, lack of internet network, parents who do not understand online learning and learning materials, and so on. Indonesia as a Pancasila State, all regulations are based on Pancasila. Meanwhile, in Islam, in an effort to improve the quality of education, it would be more appropriate if it was based on activities that had been exemplified by previous prophets and apostles, this is what is called prophetic education. Secondary education in Indonesia, both SMA, MA, SMK, and MAK accepts students between the ages of 15 – 18/19 years. They are in adolescence which is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood. This is an important period in the formation of identity. Judging from the type, this research is a qualitative research, data collection methods, namely: (1) observation (2) interviews (3) documentation. Furthermore, the data obtained and collected from field activities and qualitative analysis with data grouping techniques, then conclusions are drawn. In implementing prophetic in secondary education institutions must consider the psychological aspects of adolescent students, so that the implementation can run effectively in accordance with the reasoning and psychological power of students. Similarly, in determining approaches, strategies, and methods to be applied in the development of prophetic education in an educational institution. For the successful implementation of prophetic education in formal educational institutions, especially at the secondary education level, commitment and involvement of all elements of implementing education in schools or schools is required. madrasa as a unit in the system.
ABSTRACT The principal is the leader of the school or educational unit where he gives and takes lessons. The principal not only acts as a leader, but the principal also has various roles, one of which is as an educator. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the role of the principal in developing educational institutions at MTsN 2 Jombang. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this study by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the principal has tried to improve the quality of educational institutions and also the quality of human resources by holding trainings, seminars and so on. The principal is very concerned about the development of student activities in every teaching and learning activity. Kepala sekolah bukan hanya berperan sebagai seorang pemimpin, melainkan kepala sekolah juga memiliki berbagai peran salah satunya sebagai seorang pendidik. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengeahui peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan Lembaga Pendidikan di MTsN 2 Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kepala sekolah telah berusaha untuk meningkatkan kembali kualitas lembaga pendidikan dan juga kualitas sumber daya manusianya dengan mengadakan pelatihan-pelatihan, seminar dan lain sebagainya. Kepala sekolah sangat memperhatikan perkembangan kegiatan siswa pada setiap kegiatan belajar mengajar. Kepala sekolah juga telah berusaha untuk memberikan fasilitas yang terbaik guna menunjang kenyamanan belajar mengajar para siswa. Akan tetapi setiap kepemimpinan pasti mengalami berbagai hambatan-hambatan. Salah satu faktor penghambatnya yakni perbedaan dari berbagai latar belakang siswa dikarenakan siswa yang berasal dari berbagai daerah dan juga perbedaan budayanya. Dan salah satu faktor pendukung yakni dengan adanya berbagai prestasi akademik maupun non akademik yang telah di capai oleh para peserta didik.
