The development of Micro, Small and Medium - Scale Business in Indonesia is carried out to improve the economy and create jobs for the community. Nowadays, many Micro, Small and Medium - Scale Business in the culinary sector in Cianjur utilize the regional culinary diversity to develop the businesses they are running. One type of regional culinary that has the opportunity to be developed into an attractive business is peanut brackets. In developing its business, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are still lacking knowledge to be able to carry out the production process effectively and efficiently. In addition, MSME players also experienced problems in managing business licenses to expand the marketing distribution network of peanut products. Through business assistance by a group of builders in the Prasetiya Mulya University Community Development activities in Cianjur, production processes and product quality are improved through the creation of standard operating procedures, education, and realization of business licensing, and improving product marketing strategies. Through 1-month direct assistance, partners succeed in gaining new marketing places, getting revenue & profit increases, and partners are becoming more independent in running their business.
Today, universities have a significant role in developing human resources, knowledge and technology and driving a dynamic society. The lecturers are essential in teaching, training and educating tasks for students. Thus, this study examines the effect of spiritual motivation and spiritual and intellectual intelligence on religious performance mediated by job satisfaction at STAI Batam, Riau, Indonesia. The design of this study is a quantitative approach through a survey questionnaire. A total of 160 lecturers from the Islamic High School in the Riau Archipelago participated in this study and collected using purposive sampling started September until November 2021. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model – Analysis of Moments Structures (SEM-AMOS). The result indicated that spiritual motivation is positively related to religious performance. Spiritual Intelligence and Intellectual Intelligence are not significantly related to religious performance. Also, job satisfaction mediates the relationship between spiritual and intellectual intelligence on religious performance. In conclusion, this study has identified the determinant factors of religious performance. In Islam, motivation is crucial in interpreting and giving birth to human actions. In the Islamic concept, the role of motivation is called intention and worship. The intention is a key driver of man to do or charity, while worship is the goal of human acts or deeds.

Recently, income inequality in urban areas has increased sharply compared to rural areas, which is closely related to the economic downturn in the Riau Islands caused by the decline in the manufacturing industry sector which is generally located in urban areas. In the Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency of the Riau Islands Province, Indonesia. A total of 330 respondents representing the Riau Islands Provincial Government. Slovin formula is used to get the requirements to be sampled as many as 180 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The software used for structural analysis is AMOS-24. The results indicated that commitment, motivation and work discipline have a significant positive effect on organizational behavior. Also, commitment and motivation have a significant positive effect on optimizing regional income. Besides that, work discipline does not affect optimizing regional income. In addition, organizational behavior has a significant positive effect on the optimizing regional income. This study also found that studied variables (exogenous) have contributed in explaining its relationship on organizational behavior is 91.18 percent and regional original income is 99.9 percent. It means that changes in regional original income is influenced by motivation, commitment, work discipline, and organizational behavior. In this study, we prove that there is a problem with the effect of the work discipline variable on the optimizing regional income variable is significantly positive.
