Resumen. En el siguiente artículo se estudia una de las mayores diferencias que se documentan entre gramáticas del italiano y gramáticas del español escritas por un mismo autor y publicadas en la Francia del XVII: el recurso a las autoridades literarias. Para ello, se realiza una exhaustiva lectura comparativa de los textos y una clasificación de los tipos de referencia que en ellos se documentan. El análisis de los datos permitirá concluir que, por lo general, cada uno de los autores seguía fielmente la tradición en la que se incluía cada obra y por ello el recurso a las autoridades es mayor en los textos italianos. No obstante, se aprecia una tímida actualización del corpus de referencia, así como cierta toma de conciencia sobre el uso, que bien podría venir acentuada por las competencias que habían desarrollado los autores como docentes de varias lenguas.Palabras clave: Historia de la Enseñanza del español como Lengua Extranjera, Francia, siglo XVII, manuales, autoridades.AbstRAct. The aim of this paper is to study one of the most important differences between Italian and Spanish grammars written by the same authors and published in France in the seventeen century: this is the use of literary authorities. For this purpose, we have conducted a comprehensive comparative reading of the texts and a classification of the references documented in them. The analysis of the data lead us to conclude that, in general terms, each author faithfully followed the tradition in which each grammar was included, and consequently, the use of literary authorities is more frequent in Italian texts. AbstractA group of eight grammars of Spanish as a Foreign Language is analyzed in this article from the point of view of the lexical items that are included as examples in the nominal sections. IntroducciónLos estudios en torno a la lingüística aplicada son muy abundantes y abarcan diversos ámbitos de investigación. Dentro de estos, el análisis de materiales de español como lengua extranjera se ha inclinado preferentemente por los manuales de clase 1 , dejando en un segundo plano las gramáticas, cuyo estudio se ha acometido solo de manera parcial. En efecto, más que el análisis de las gramáticas publicadas, se ha realizado una profundización en cuestiones gramaticales de dificultad, ofreciendo propuestas de codificación adaptadas a los alumnos y a sus necesidades.Ello nos ha llevado a emprender un estudio de un corpus de gramáticas actuales del español como lengua extranjera desde un ámbito que ha sido escasamente explotado hasta el momento 2 : el de los ejemplos. Más concretamente, analizaremos los ítems léxicos que se utilizan en los textos para ejemplificar la doctrina relacionada con el artículo y el nombre.
