Resumen-En El Carmen, Manabí a una altura de 235msnm., se evaluó la respuesta del cultivo de plátano (Musa AAB) a dos tipos de fertilización (fertiriego y fertilización sólida), y a cinco niveles de fertilización: n1 (20 kg ha-1 N + 30 kg ha-1 P2O5 + 50 kg ha-1 K2O), n2 (40 kg ha-1 N + 60 kg ha-1 P2O5 + 100 kg ha-1 K2O), n3 (60 kg ha-1 N + 90 kg ha-1 P2O5 + 150 kg ha-1 K2O), n4 (40 kg ha-1 N + 60 kg ha-1 P2O5 + 100 kg ha-1 K2O + 26 kg ha-1 MgO + 13 kg ha-1 SO3), n5 (60 kg ha-1 N + 90 kg ha-1 P2O5 + 150 kg ha-1 K2O + 52 kg ha-1 MgO + 26 kg ha-1 SO3) y n6 (sin fertilización). Se utilizó un diseño de parcela dividida con un arreglo factorial de 6 x 2, con tres repeticiones. La unidad experimental fue constituida por 72 plantas en 300 m2, que resultan de 25 m x 12 m, para cada interacción. El distanciamiento de siembra fue de 2 x 2m, con una densidad de 2500 plantas.ha-1. El área total del ensayo fue de 10800m2. Se analizaron las variables: altura de planta, circunferencia del pseudotallo, número de hojas, peso del racimo, materia seca del racimo, número de manos por racimo, número de dedos por mano, número de dedos por racimo, peso de dedos por racimo (peso útil o exportable), rendimiento en cajas exportables, y el análisis económico. Los resultados más relevantes fueron: La mejor altura de planta a la floración fue para n5 (60 kg ha-1 N + 90 kg ha-1 P2O5 + 150 kg ha-1 K2O + 52 MgO + 26 SO3) con 4.23m de altura y para t1n5 fertiriego + (60 kg ha-1 N + 90 kg ha-1 P2O5 + 150 kg ha-1 K2O + 52 MgO + 26 SO3) con 4.21m de altura. El mayor número de hojas a la floración y el más alto peso fresco del racimo lo presentó n5 (60 kg ha-1 N + 90 kg ha-1 P2O5 + 150 kg ha-1 K2O + 52 MgO + 26 SO3) con 38.1 hojas y con 12 kg/racimo. La interacción t1n5 presentó el peso fresco de racimo más alto con 12.35kg. Esto indica que la fertilización con los niveles más altos y aplicados en fertiriego, presenta los mejores promedios para altura de planta a la floración y peso fresco del racimo. Sin embargo, en el análisis económico, el mejor tratamiento resultó el testigo (sin fertilización), debido a que presentó el mayor beneficio-costo con 8.12.Palabras clave-Aplicación Edáfica, Cultivo, Fertilización.
Frente a la pandemia de COVID-19 iniciada en el año 2020, y en un marco de fragilidad económica y social, el Estado argentino dispuso una serie de políticas públicas destinadas al abordaje de la complejidad del momento, entre las que destacamos aquellas destinadas a evitar desvinculaciones laborales, particularmente los despidos masivos por causas extraordinarias. Este trabajo aborda cuestiones referidas a la aplicación del instrumento “retiro voluntario” y a la tensión voluntario - forzoso que trasluce el uso discrecional de esa herramienta política. Analizamos el tratamiento desplegado por distintos medios de comunicación, desde la dimensión ideológica, respecto de los retiros voluntarios y otras medidas tomadas por el gobierno nacional durante la pandemia, en artículos disponibles en formato digital entre 2020 y 2021. Y en este contexto, el lugar brindado a la persona que trabaja desde la construcción de su subjetividad laboral. Para ello nos valdremos de tres categorías que contienen diferentes posiciones ideológicas y a partir de las cuales organizamos artículos de prensa seleccionados para su análisis, teniendo como unidad de registro los titulares y como unidad de contexto el contenido del artículo, incluyendo portales oficiales de algunos poderes del Estado.
