The development of information technology is very advanced. Information Plays an important role, with information makes it easir for people to find information they want, information can be obtained through print and electronic media, especially print media shaped magazine design in this case the SMK Karya Bangsa The City Of Tangerang very requires media magazines to easily load the entire information. Therefore the author made a magazine media at the SMK Karya Bangsa The City Of Tangerang so that the information easily known and the promotion system becomes more effective and creative is expected to be improve the image and improve marketing at school. Methodology used in this study include problem analysis methods, methods data collection, design analysis methods and design concept methods include : media planning, message planning and visual planing. In order to produce a design the good media for this magazine is using design support software like Adobe Photoshop CS5 and Adobe InDesign CS5, therefore the authors do the design mgazine media summarized in this chapter with the title “ DESIGN VISUAL COMUNICATION MEDIA FROM OF MAGAZINE DESIGN AS SUPPORTING PROMOTION AND INFORMATION ON SMK KARYA BANGSA THE CITY OF TANGERANG”.
Perpustakaan merupakan gudang ilmu pengetahuan sekaligus menjadi tempat rekreasi yang bermanfaat bagi semua kalangan. Di dalam perpustakaan terdapat banyak koleksi buku yang dapat digunakan untuk menambah wawasan dan ilmu pengetahuan. Seperti hal nya perpustakaan lain, perpustakaan Kota Tangerang memiliki koleksi buku yang cukup lengkap. Perkembangan sistem komputer secara signifikan telah menjadi kebutuhan dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan fasilitas yang diberikan kepada pengunjung. Penerapan dari perkembangan sistem komputer berupa robot yang akan mengantarkan pengunjung ke lokasi buku diharapkan akan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan pada Perpustakaan Kota Tangerang. Robot bekerja berdasarkan prinsip line follower yang menggunakan 4 buah sensor garis yang akan diproses oleh sebuah mikrokontroler arduino uno. Selain itu robot dilengkapi dengan sensor ultrasonik agar dalam proses berjalan robot tidak menabrak objek yang menghalanginya. Dengan adanya robot ini akan mempermudah pengunjung dalam mencari lokasi buku, serta membantu meningkatkan mutu pelayanan akan fasilitas yang diberikan pada pengunjung.

The performance and reliability of silicon-based hetero-structure devices depend critically on their interfacial characteristics. Here we present high-resolution TEM (HRTEM) results for the a-SiC:H/c-Si (100) interface, substrate doping, and interface electrical characteristics derived from an Al/undoped a-SiC:H/p-Si metal-insulator-semiconductor (MIS) structure. The HRTEM study reveals an interface with a maximum asperity of three atomic planes. The substrate dopant profile for depths less than an extrinsic Debye length from the interface is computed from an iterative fit to the C-V data. A density of interface traps (Dit) of 1011 eV−1cm−2 at midgap is obtained.
