Terhitung hingga September 2020, kasus positif Covid-19 di Indonesia terus menunjukkan kenaikan. Pada 15 September 2020, jumlah kasus terkonfirmasi positif di Indonesia mencapai 225.030 kasus dengan total kasus meninggal sebanyak 8.965 kasus. Sementara itu, terdapat perbedaan yang cukup signifikan pada kasus terjadinya Covid-19 di tiap provinsi, yang artinya tingkat keparahan tiap wilayah pun berbeda. Sehingga, beberapa provinsi yang memiliki tingkat keparahan tinggi seharusnya lebih berusaha untuk menaruh perhatian dan memberi perlakuan khusus terhadap wilayahnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran umum mengenai tingkat keparahan serta risiko penyebaran covid-19 pada 34 provinsi di Indonesia melalui cluster yang terbentuk. Analisis yang digunakan adalah clustering analysis dengan metode K-Means. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa DKI Jakarta dan Jawa Timur mempunyai tingkat keparahan terhadap covid-19 tertinggi di Indonesia.
This research aims to describe the market penetration strategies used by companies, especially the Indonesian e-commerce industry, to increase their competitiveness. This research occupies a qualitative method toward Indonesia’s e-commerce industry, especially the three dominating companies, such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and Bukalapak. This study uses descriptive research, and our data sources are documents and literature about market penetration strategies conducted by e-commerce industries. The result showed that their strategy to do the market penetration is price adjustment, cooperation, or collaboration, offering some special promos, developing the features and services, and using artists and influencers as brand ambassadors.Keywords: Economy, Strategic Management, Market Penetration, Competitiveness, E-Commerce
Dalam rangka menyongsong bonus demografi di Indonesia, penting bagi pemerintah untuk memaksimalkan tingkat penyerapan usia muda dalam pasar tenaga kerja. Untuk itu, analisis terkait usia muda dalam pasar tenaga kerja menjadi perlu untuk dilakukan. Statistik Not in Employment, Education or Training (NEET) dapat mengakomodir analisis terkait usia muda dalam pasar tenaga kerja. Dibandingkan dengan statistik pengangguran, statistik NEET mampu menyajikan analisis terkait usia muda secara lebih menyeluruh. Di Indonesia, angka NEET cenderung tinggi dan stagnan di atas angka dua puluh persen. Namun, analisis terkait NEET di Indonesia belum banyak dilakukan. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah individu berumur 15-24 tahun dengan cakupan wilayah seluruh Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berbentuk raw data, yakni data Sakernas Agustus 2017. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi logistik biner. Pada penelitian ini, dihasilkan bahwa variabel interaksi antara jenis kelamin dan status kawin, variabel interaksi antara status kawin dan umur, variabel pendidikan orang tua, dan variabel disabilitas berpengaruh terhadap status NEET pada usia muda di Indonesia.
The infant morbidity rate is the second indicator in determining the degree of child health. Based on Paninsari (2017) research in exclusive breastfeeding mothers regarding the balance of foremilk and hindmilk breast milk, the majority of mothers have less knowledge (73.8%), positive attitude (90.8%) and did not balance foremilk and hindmilk breast milk (90.8%). Lack of knowledge breastfeeding mothers about the balance of foremilk and hindmilk breast milk will cause the baby to get more foremilk so that the baby can have difficulty in digesting all the unbalanced lactose. Imbalance of foremilk and hindmilk breast milk can cause health problems in infants such as Babies often bloated, often spit up and fuss without cause, digestive disorders such as diarrhea, watery consistency, foul-smelling, green color and foamy of baby feces and the addition of baby's weight is not according to KMS. The education carried out targeted an increase in the knowledge of participants pre and post counseling with outcomes in the form of informative leaflets, reports on the results of activities and journal publications. The implementation method is divided into 3 stages: the preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation stages. The results of the pre and post questionnaire analysis showed that the median score of correct answers increased from 3.00 to 6.00. It can be concluded that there was an increase in the knowledge of education participants regarding the importance of the balance of foremilk and hindmilk breastmilk.
