Risiko mengalami kejahatan dapat meresahan masyarakat dalam penjaminan rasa aman. Perempuan adalah korban yang memiliki kerentanan untuk mengalami situasi serius ketika mengalami kejahatan. Kalimantan Tengah merupakan provinsi dengan persentase perempuan yang mengalami kekerasan paling tinggi di Indonesia dimana perempuan yang mengalami kejahatan meningkat pada tahun 2019. Hanya sebanyak 20,01% masyarakat Kalimantan Tengah yang melaporkan kejadian kejahatan yang dialaminya. Rendahnya kesadaran melaporkan kejahatan pada pihak berwajib dan meningkatnya kejahatan terhadap perempuan dapat menambah potensi perempuan untuk terus mengalami kejahatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kejahatan terhadap perempuan di Kalimantan Tengah tahun 2019 dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode Complementary Log-Log menunjukkan bahwa status perkawinan, status kepemilikan handphone, pendidikan yang ditamatkan dan status bekerja signifikan memengaruhi kejahatan terhadap perempuan dimana risiko untuk mengalami kejahatan meningkat jika perempuan berstatus tidak kawin, memiliki handphone, tamat perguruan tinggi dan bekerja. Hasil risiko yang didapatkan mengindikasikan masih rentannya perempuan untuk berada di ruang publik sehingga diperlukan sikap pemerintah dalam merancang strategi pencegahan tindak kejahatan, dapat berupa peningkatkan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat mengenai resiko kejahatan dan apa yang harus dilakukan jika mengalaminya.
