Latar belakang: Pelayanan asuransi dari pemerintah (JKN) melalui badan penyelenggara BPJS-KIS saat ini merupakan bagian besar rumah sakit yang ada di Indonesia. Meskipun begitu masih banyak peserta BPJS-KIS yang masih belum mengetahui tatacara menggunakan asuransi JKN di rumah sakit. Pihak rumah sakit melalui Customer Relationship Management (CRM) seharusnya bisa memberikan informasi tersebut melalui website atau melalui media social RS. Tujuan: Penelitian ini memberikan usulan model penyampaian informasi melalui model social-CRM sebagai bentuk ikatan antara pasien asuransi pemeritah BPJS-KIS terhadap rumah sakit kelas C di Yogyakarta sebagai rujukan pertama Faskes 1. Method: peneliti mengambil contoh website rumah sakit kelas C di Yogyakarta baik rumah sakit pemerintah, organisasi sosial dan swasta. Dari website rumah sakit tersebut kami menganalisis seberapa besar bentuk informasi tentang asuransi dan service RS terhadap pasien BPJS _KIS. Kami memberikan usulan desain model social-CRM atau CRM-2.0 untuk rumah sakit dengan memasukan informasi BPJS-KIS dalam menu khusus. Dalam model social CRM ini kami memberikan usulan fitur yang mudah di akses peserta/ pasien KIS yang di hubungan dengan social media RS seperti Facebook, twiter instagram dll. Hasil: Bentuk usulan social CRM rumah sakit yang diperuntukan masyarakat pengguna asuransi BPJS –KIS yang dapat diakses melalui social media RS.
There are several methods of education for tuberculosis, and one of them is through the DOTS (Direct Observed Treatment Shortcourse) program. The management of tuberculosis education through the DOTS program is performed in clinics and hospitals only to patients and their families. The purpose of this study is to describe the development and testing of a prototype (social-game education) for interactive education for tuberculosis patients in particular and the general public. The data collection process is through direct observation of tuberculosis patients and health professionals (doctors, nurses, and DOTS health workers). Challenge the game in the prototype was provided with content that contained tuberculosis information that had been previously validated by a specialist. In addition to tuberculosis information as the main content, two important elements are making up this prototype, which are gamification and social media elements. In the game elements, this study adopted elements of the leaderboard, badge/achievement, challenge, and level. As for the third element, social media includes likes, comments, and shares. Prototype application testing was conducted on two participant groups (N = 48) consisting of 23 tuberculosis patients and 25 random participants. By using the user experience questionnaire (UEQ) technique, this research focuses on identifying the user's motivation in capturing compositional information as well as the clarity of the prototype. With a confidence interval of 5% (p = 0.05) per scale. The results indicate that participants have a high level of motivation towards the prototype; this is seen in the rating scale of stimulation with an average of 1.578. Likewise the effectiveness level of information in the rating scale of perspicuity has a mean of 1.224 also has a rate that is quite effective.
The selection of elderly visa-kitas receiver to asses the cantidate who qualify at PT Mulia Prima Permai Jakarta is not an easy process. The difficulty of the procedure require in Embassy makes PT Mulia Prima Permai needs to choose the most effective way to do the selection of elderly visa applicants before sending it to the Embassy. One of the options is by using the decision making of Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dictition Making (MADM) method. The Fuzzy Multi Attribute Diction Making Method is expected can help to solve the problem of elderly visa acceptance selection effectively. In this research, it is necessary to compile some criteria and alternatives. To support the selection process of acceptance for the elderly visa kitas a Decision Support System of selection was created by using Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dicision Making (MADM) method. The Decision Support System is useful to process the required data (input) of elderly visa kitas application and outcome the request status output in the form that 100% match the results of the calculation with PT. Salah satu solusi dalam memecahkan masalah seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut adalah dengan pengambilan keputusan metode Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dicision Making (MADM). Metode Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dicision Making dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut dengan efektif. Dalam penelitian ini, untuk mendapatkan solusi pengambilan keputusan seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut, perlu disusun beberapa kriteria dan alternatif. Untuk membantu proses seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut, maka dibuat sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan seleksi penerimaan visa kitas lansia tersebut dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Multi Attribute Dicision Making (MADM). Sistem Pendukung Keputusan berguna untuk mengolah data-data syarat (input) permohonan visa kitas lansia dan mengahsilkan output status permohonan berupa kesamaan hasil 98% cocok terhadap hasil perhitungan PT.
