Efforts to increase the role of integrated healthcare centre cadres are not only the government's responsibility but all components of society. To improve competence related to health services, weight weighing, card filling towards health, early detection of growth disorders, nutritional counseling, supplementary feeding and vitamin administration, pregnant women and puerperal mothers. Nutrition service activities for toddlers in integrated healthcare center are the main activities in implementing Integrated Healthcare Center activities. This activity aims to increase knowledge about nutrition services at Integrated Healthcare Center. The method used with leaflet media and PowerPoint about balanced nutrition education in toddlers as an evaluation was carried out pretest and posttest of participants. The activity results showed an increase in the attitude (90%) and knowledge (88%) of Integrated Healthcare Center cadres after education. Conclusion. After being given nutrition education, the cadres experienced an increase in knowledge. Actively integrated healthcare center cadres in health services are very important to improve the quality and nutritional status of balance for the community, especially maternal and child health.
Exclusive breastfeeding means breastfeeding without food and drink for babies aged 0-6 months. Data obtained from the 2010 IDHS stated that impaired growth and development of toddlers in Indonesia was caused by mothers who were disobedient in giving exclusive breastfeeding to their babies. The aim of the study was to analyze exclusive breastfeeding with a DDTK assessment in children aged 6 months to 2 years at the Orchid Posyandu, Peterongan District, Jombang Regency in 2020. The research design used is an analytical method with an approachcross sectional, the samples taken were some mothers who had toddlers aged 6 months to 2 years at the Orchid Posyandu, Peterongan District, Jombang Regency in 2020. Those who met the sample criteria byNonprobability Sampling, techniqueSimpel Random Sampling. The number of samples in this study were 48 respondents. The data obtained is tabulated and grouped to determine the relationship between the two variables. After that the data is entered into the testSPSS by analysisMann Whitney U with a significance level of p <0.05. the results of the study obtained a significance value of 0.001, so a p value <0.05, H was obtained1 accepted means that there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and DDTK assessment in children aged 6 months to 2 years. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that all health workers in the Peterongan District will further improve their performance through counseling activities and data collection on exclusive breastfeeding to achieve the desired toddler development.
One of the opportunities for MSMEs to survive and grow during a pandemic is through a digital system. The Human Resource factor is the main key, starting from the business owner and the workforce in the owner's environment. Human Resource Management Training for Go Digital MSMEs aims to provide solutions for solving problems faced by the MSME sector, namely the skills of MSME itself in the field of Human Resource Management, especially in managerial skills, organizational management skills and the ability of MSME Human Resource to survive, be adaptive and resilience in the face of adversity during the pandemic. The methods for implementing this community service activity are lectures, tutorials, and discussions. The results achieved are as follows: (1) Participants are given knowledge and motivation to understand organizational management skills, managerial skills (Human Resource) at MSMEs; (2) The participants are given the opportunity to discuss problems and constraints related to MSME Human Resource management skills, MSME business strategies, and being a Go Digital MSME.
