Major surgical operations each year increase. The design used was quasy experiment with pre-post control group design approach. With incidental sampling technique. The number of samples of 30 respondents. The convenience instrument used is an observation sheet that refers to the APAIS questionnaire and analyzed by Paired t-test. This research carried out in the anggrek ward, bougenvill male and female of Waled Public Hospital Cirebon in June-July 2018.Result of univariate analysis, anxiety in patients pre-operative mayor suergery after intervention was (12,000) with standard deviation 4,32600 and lowest comfort was 6,00 and highest comfort was 20,00. Bivariate analysis with paired t-test showed that there was influence of aromatherapy rose toward decrease of anxiety in patiens pre-operative major surgery (p-value = 0,000 α = 0,05).
The number of tuberculosis sufferers is increasing, 13.6%, an increase in 2016 in West Java. Cirebon City is one of the 3 cities with the highest TB prevalence, in West Java in 2017. sufferers often experience coughs that interfere with the fulfillment of sleep needs. Prolonged tuberculosis treatment often causes anxiety for patients. This study aims to determine the relationship between anxiety and sleep quality in tuberculosis patients. This study used a descriptive correlation research design with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were tuberculosis patients in the Sitopeng Public Health Center in Cirebon, the sample in this study was 32 respondents and the sampling technique used in this study was the total sampling instrument used in the form of a questionnaire sheet. The results of univariate analysis, 24 respondents (75.0%) experienced no anxiety, 2 respondents (6.3%) mild anxiety, 2 respondents (6.3%) moderate anxiety, 2 respondents (6.3%) severe anxiety and 2 respondents (6.3%) severe anxiety %). Sadang patients with tuberculosis who experienced sleep disorders as many as 26 respondents (81.3%) experienced good sleep quality, and those who experienced poor sleep quality were 6 respondents (18.8%). Bivariate analysis with the results of statistical tests using the chi square test showed the p-value (p = 0.009; α = 0.05), there was a relationship between anxiety and sleep quality. The conclusion of this study is that the higher the anxiety, the worse the sleep quality in tuberculosis sufferers.
Di awal tahun 2020, dunia digemparkan dengan merebaknya virus baru yaitu coronavirus jenis baru (SARS-CoV-2) dan penyakitnya disebut Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Diketahui, asal mula virus ini berasal dari Wuhan, Tiongkok. Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) adalah penyakit jenis baru yang belum pernah diidentifikasi sebelumnya pada manusia. Virus penyebab COVID-19 ini dinamakan Sars-CoV-2. Virus corona adalah zoonosis (ditularkan antara hewan dan manusia). Penelitian menyebutkan bahwa SARS ditransmisikan dari kucing luwak (civet cats) ke manusia dan MERS dari unta ke manusia. Adapun, hewan yang menjadi sumber penularan COVID-19 ini sampai saat ini masih belum diketahui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui koping keluarga tenaga kesehatan dalam menghadapi pandemik covid-19 di kota Cirebon. Jenis penelitian ini adalah mix methode research. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan accidental sampling dalam rentang waktu 2 minggu sehingga diperoleh 38 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji univariat. Hasil penelitian responden yang mempunyai strategi koping adaptif sebanyak 55,3% dari 38 responden. Pada pihak keluarga untuk bisa menjalin komunikasi secara terbuka antar anggota keluarga dalam mengahadapi stresor yang terjadi karena adanya pandemikKata Kunci: Koping keluarga, tenaga kesehatan, pandemik covid-19 AbstractIn early 2020, the world was shocked by the outbreak of a new virus, namely a new type of coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) and the disease is called Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). It is known, the origin of this virus originated from Wuhan, China. Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a new type of disease that has never been identified before in humans. The virus that causes COVID-19 is called Sars-CoV-2. Coronavirus is zoonotic (transmitted between animals and humans). Research suggests that SARS is transmitted from civet cats to humans and MERS from camels to humans. Meanwhile, the animal that is the source of COVID-19 transmission is still unknown. This study aims to find out the coping of families of health workers in the face of the covid-19 pandemic in the city of Cirebon. This type of research is mixed-method research. Methods of collecting data with interviews and questionnaires. The data collection technique uses accidental sampling in a span of 2 weeks so that it is obtained by 38 respondents. Data analysis using univariate tests. The results of the study of respondents who had adaptive coping as much as 55.3% of 38 respondents. Covid-19 merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh jenis coronavirus yang baru ditemukan pada tahun 2019 dan menjadi sebuah pandemi yang terjadi di Negara seluruh dunia. Gejala-gejalanya adalah demam, batuk, sulit bernafas disertai dengan sesak, lemas, nyeri otot, diare dan gejala gangguan nafas lainnya. Cara terbaik untuk mencegah infeksi adalah dengan menghindari terpapar virus penyebab, menaati protokol kesehatan sebagai upaya pencegahan penularan dalam praktik kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dan kepatuhan penerapan protokol kesehatan pada pengunjung Praktik Mandiri Bidan Swasta Di Desa Rajagaluh Kidul. Jenis atau desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling dengan sample sebanyak 79 responden. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan peneliti. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang protokol kesehatan sebanyak (57,0%) dan sebagian besar kepatuhan pengunjung terhadap penerapan protokol kesehatan berkepatuhan tinggi sebanyak (45,6%). Kesimpulan hasil penelitian pengujung berpengetahuan baik dan kepatuhan pengunjung berkepatuhan tinggi artinya ada hubungannya antara pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan, jadi pengetahuan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku kepatuhan
HIV AIDS is a deadly disease class in the world, especially Indonesia. This disease spreads from the nobility to street children. Case of HIV AIDS in Indonesia directed by the Directorate General of Infectious Disease (CDC) & Environmental Health (EH) Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia on January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012 as many as 21,511 cases for HIV and AIDS 5,686 cases and deaths due to HIV AIDS since April 1 1987/31 December 2012 as many as 8,235 cases (Directorate General of PP & PL, Ministry of Health, 2012). The purpose of this study was to find out how PLWHA can work in the working area of the Kaliwedi Health Center in District Of Cirebon. The type of research used is analytic research, with a cross sectional study approach. In this study a total sample of samples, namely a sample of a total of 15 families of PLWHA. In analyzing the data of people using the relationship with HIV / AIDS (P value: 0,000) in data analysis with people associated with PLWHA in the Kaliwedi Health Center working area in district of Cirebon (P value: 0,000) For the Health Center to be used with PLWHA, this can improve the quality of the family by providing counseling to the families of PLWHA
