Population studies on three species of Mudskippers have been carried out during 2015-16 from the mangrove and non-mangrove areas of Ghogha coast, Bhavnagar. Ghogha is small coastal town situated on west coast of India, Gulf of Khambhat. Periopthalmus waltoni, Boleophthalmus dussumeiri and Scartelaos histophorus reported in the study area. Mangroves play an important role to maintain the population of mudskipper and to prevent the reduction of mud layer. The thickness of mud layer also plays an important role in mangrove and non-mangrove habitat. Highest population density, frequency and abundance of Boleophthalmus dussumeiri, Periopthalmus waltoni and Scartelaos histophorus recoerded respectivly.
Coastal areas of Bhavnagar district harbors wide range of ichthyofaunal diversity and diverse fisheries resources. The fishermen in this area use wide range of fishing methods and gears, which evolved traditionally and being adept extensively in Bhavnagar coastline. Livelihood of these fishermen is almost entirely depends on mudskipper fishing and they employ three types of fishing methods to catch them i.e. direct catch through digging the burrow, stick traps around mudskipper holes, and by nylon net. Fishing by using nylon net is the most commonly used method compared to others.

The gathering of experience is a crucial matter in driver"s education and training. Without experience, the driver has reaction times which are longer and visual search patterns are poorly developed, mental workload is high and drivers can more easily be distracted by the ongoing things on the road. The project Learning Application for Road Safety, aims at improving the driving standards of the citizens of India. The application is web based and allows users to either login in to their existing accounts or registers them if they are new users. Once they enter the application, they will select their preferred difficulty. Once through this, they will be presented with a couple of scenarios that have been already embedded in the application. They can choose between stationary or dynamic modules. The user performance will be examined at each stage and will be evaluated. The aim is to concentrate on young novice drivers, who has very little to less experience while also encouraging them to continue formal lifelong learning. The user action based counter will let users know about their performance in the simulated environment. As the driver"s behavior becomes more automatic, these abilities will gradually improve and mental resources will be freed up for safety-related tasks such as hazard detection.
Turris clausifossata, a Conoid, Turrid is being reported for the first time from Gopnath coast, Gulf of Khambhat the state of Gujarat situated on the west coast of India. Turris clausifossata was first recorded7 from Dwarka, Gulf of Kachchh, Gujarat (21°49’N, 68°55’E), but not brought to light as first record to the west coast of India. Yet, its occurrence was reported only at two coasts of Gujarat. Current research reveals that Turris clausifossata is extending its distribution range to the south of Dwarka on the west coast of India. Present study was carried out from April 2015 to March 2016 and in this study, a status of species presented in form of population dynamics and seasonal availability.
