The construction industry needs fast construction technology and modular construction in the future. Living in poverty is a problem for 21.9 percent of the population in India, with 98 percent of the shortage occurring in low-income and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS). In addition, 40 percent of agricultural products go to waste due to inadequate handling and storage infrastructure. We all know that plastic harms the environment. Further CO2 production during cement manufacturing is a major environmental issue. A ton of cement emits 1.25 tonnes of CO2. After considering all these issues, we propose to use gypsum, steel curls, and coconut shell fiber to produce ideal-sized modular units and test their strength and economy. The sample casting had been carried out, and the testing of the basic parameters was accomplished in the study.
