<p>Abstrak. Situasi pandemi covid-19 menuntut sistem pembelajaran tatap muka beralih menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh atau daring. Guru dituntut untuk berkreatifitas dalam mendesain pembelajaran agar peserta didik termotivasi dan berperan aktif dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi menjadi hal yang penting dalam penyampaian materi secara <em>daring</em>. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis <em>digital learning</em> pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Pelayaran Sinar Bahari Palembang menggunakan aplikasi <em>netboard</em>. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan <em>Four D</em> yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu pendefennisian (<em>define</em>), perancangan (<em>design</em>), pengembangan (<em>develop</em>) dan penyebaran (<em>disseminate</em>). Untuk menilai kelayakan dan efektivitas media pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi <em>netboard</em> ini dilakukan simulasi dan uji coba pada mata pelajaran P2TL (Peraturan Pencegahan Tubrukan di Laut) kelas Nautica IXA. Hasil penilaian melalui angket yang diberikan kepada guru menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan aplikasi <em>netboard</em> dapat meningkatkan peran aktif dan motivasi siswa dalam belajar dengan tingkat kelayakan media rata-rata 91,97%. Hasil uji penerapan juga menunjukkan adanya peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa rata-rata sebesar 94,45%. The COVID-19 pandemic situation requires the face-to-face learning system to switch to distance learning or online. Teachers are required to be creative in designing learning so that students are motivated and play an active role in participating in learning. The use of Information Technology is important in delivering material online. This study aims to implement digital learning-based learning at the Sinar Bahari Palembang Shipping Vocational High School using a netboard application. This study uses the Four D development method which consists of several stages, namely defining, designing, developing and disseminating. To assess the feasibility and effectiveness of learning media using this netboard application, simulations and trials were conducted on the subject of P2TL (Regulations for Prevention of Collisions at Sea) class Nautica IXA. The results of the assessment through a questionnaire given to the teacher showed that using the netboard application could increase the active role and motivation of students in learning with an average media feasibility level of 91.97%. The results of the application test also showed an average increase in student learning outcomes by an average of 94.45%. This figure shows that the media is declared to be effectively used.</em></p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: Instructional media, digital learning, online learning, netboard application</em>
The primary concern of this research is to solve the problem in Palembang City. It is mainly about the dissuade sales container for small and medium busineses. As a good solution, it requires an information system for every transaction in small and medium businesses to support the improvement of the sales system in the Industry ERA 4.0. It claims that this information system may benefit the business sector such as facilitate the seller in selling the product through Lapak and also facilitate the buyer in purchasing products of Palembang without being present to the store. The data is collected based on direct observation of activities related to informatics learning. This project provided an important opportunity to advance the understanding of the information system of small and medium businesses in Palembang city.
This study aims to help develop the sale of various batik with the characteristics of the South Sumatra region by using an information technology (E-Commerce) approach. The distribution of batik sales can be done to help increase the quantity of sales which will result in the output of the Palembang traditional batik E-commerce application. This research will also result Haki certificate outputs, articles that are ready to be published and teaching materials that can be applied to entrepreneurship courses. This study involved 4 partners who were used as objects for data collection, namely the owners of traditional Batik SMEs in South Sumatra. The research methodology used in this study is descriptive analysis method, namely the method by collecting, explaining, analyzing the data obtained and exploring problems that may exist, in the hope of obtaining new knowledge as policy information.
