This study was about developing an entrepreneurial education model in improving the recycling skills of elementary school students as well as to find out the improvement of aspects of knowledge, aspects of attitudes, and aspects of student skills through the entrepreneurship education model. This development research adopted the development design of Borg & Gall. Model validation is done through expert judgment. Model trials were conducted in class V (five) in three elementary schools. Research data obtained through observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the development of entrepreneurship education models in improving students' recycling crafts skills in primary schools based on the results of expert validation by 66.94% with a high category. The entrepreneurship education model developed can also increase the entrepreneurial knowledge aspect by 76.16%, the attitude aspect by 79.84%, and the entrepreneurial skills aspect by 82.64%. This means that the increase in all three aspects is in the high category. Therefore, this entrepreneurship education model can be an alternative in developing entrepreneurship education in elementary schools.
The tourism sector is confirmed to be a significant economic growth sub-sector in Indonesia, especially on Pari Island which has tourism potential that can contribute to the country's foreign exchange. However, complex problems with digital marketing communication strategies and Covid-19 have occurred in recent years. This study aims to explore digital marketing communication strategies for increasing tourist visits. This type of research is Mix Method Exploratory Sequential Design used with 2 phases. Phase 1 is the qualitative technique, purposive sampling, data collection is by observation and semi-interviews and the analysis is Interactive Model Analysis and phase 2 is a quantitative technique, saturated sampling (N=20), and the analysis is Simple Linear Regression. The results show that in phase 1 (qualitative approach), the travel manager of the Pari Island tourist attraction applies a digital marketing communication strategy to increase tourist visits, namely Advertising, Sales promotion, Direct Marketing, Personal selling, and Public Relations. Phase 2 (quantitative approach) confirms that the digital marketing communication strategy has a significant effect on tourism interest. The implications of the research suggest that tourism travel managers and tourism offices can implement good digital marketing communication strategies in order to increase tourist visits to Pari Island after the Covid-19 pandemic.
Era pandemi Covid-19 hingga new normal dikonfirmasi telah mempengaruhi segala aspek kehidupan termasuk lingkup pemasaran, khususnya industri ritel. Tampaknya mengetahui keputusan konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian penting untuk dilakukan, salah satunya pengaruh strategi harga. Maka, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Prima Freshmart dipilih sebagai objek representatif. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif asosiatif, teknik analisis data regresi linear sederhana digunakan dengan tahapan uji validitas – reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji linieritas sederhana, serta teknik sampling non-probability (purposive sampling) digunakan (diperoleh sampel berjumlah 88, konsumen Prima Freshmart). Aplikasi pengolah data yang digunakan ialah SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian ialah H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, artinya ada pengaruh signifikan dan positif strategi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Saran penelitian akan datang juga dibahas.
Teachers have a very strategic role in efforts to achieve national development goals, particularly in the fields of education, so it is necessary to develop a professional force that is dignified and professional. Teaching profession has the task of serving the community in the field of education. This profession demands provide optimal service to the community in the field of education. In particular, teachers in demand to provide professional services to the learners so that learning objectives are achieved. So the teacher said professional is a person who has the ability and expertise in the field of teacher training so that he is able to carry out its duties and functions as a teacher with a maximum capability. Given that teachers need competence standards that we have professional teachers who meet the standards in accordance with dist. The study aims to determine the correlation between the professional competence of the teacher performance competency SDN / S on the basis of tribal education office in East Jakarta city administration. Performance Analysis of the results of the survey with a sample of 50 teacher respondents, the results obtained, Pedagogic Competence Variables (X1); Professional Competence (X2), and Teacher Performance (Y). Descriptive results Pedagogic Competence (X1) with an average (mean) of 52.54 and standard deviation (standard deviation) of 3.743, with the category being. Professional Competence Variables (X2) with an average (mean) of 36.34 and standard deviation (standard deviation) of 9.343, with a very high category, in the sense of increasing the level of competence of teachers in the profession is very high. Teacher performance variable (Y) with an average (mean) of 66.78 and standard deviation (standard deviation) of 4.995 , with a medium category. Results Correlations obtained value for X1 with Y of 0.815 means that there is a fairly strong relationship between the Pedagogic Competence Teacher Performance . Professional competence X2 with Y teacher performance by 0.430 means there is a significant correlation with performance on Teacher Professional Competence between variables X1 , X2 , and Y.
