Resumo:A prenhez é uma alteração que faz parte da evolução normal do crescimento da humanidade. Os especialistas que acompanham a gestante em seu pré-natal, inclusivamente o enfermeiro(a), deverão preparar um plano de apoio à gestante, designando as ações, instruções e direcionamentos aos serviços de referência, propiciando a interdisciplinaridade das intervenções, com a abertura de vinculação entre a equipe multiprofissional e gestante, propiciando as intervenções de saúde voltadas às suas necessidades de maneira integral. A gestante necessita sentir-se amparada para ter segurança e acreditar na equipe de profissionais. O objetivo desse estudo é compreender a importância do vínculo profissional atribuída por gestante. A pesquisa trata-se de um estudo descritivo, exploratório de cunho qualitativo que foi realizada com gestantes em acompanhamento pré-natal de uma Unidade Básica de Saúde do município da região centro-sul. Os dados coletados foram categorizados de acordo com a análise de conteúdo temática. Esse estudo é recorte de outro projeto maior, que foi aprovado pelo parecer do Comité de Ética. Espera-se que os dados fornecidos pela pesquisa, sejam relevantes para o aprimoramento profissional dos enfermeiros, pois, o seu conhecimento profissional e humano faz a diferença na vida dessas gestantes. Abstract:Pregnancy is an alteration that is part of the normal evolution of humanity's growth. The specialists who accompany the pregnant woman in her prenatal care, including the nurse, should prepare a support plan for the pregnant woman, designating the actions, instructions and directions to the referral services, providing the interdisciplinarity of the interventions, with the opening of link between the multiprofessional team and pregnant women, providing health interventions focused on their needs in an integral way. The pregnant woman needs to feel supported to be safe and believe in the team of professionals. The objective of this study is to understand the importance of the professional bond attributed by pregnant women. The research is a descriptive, exploratory study of qualitative nature that was conducted with pregnant women in prenatal care of a Basic Health Unit in the city of central-south region. The collected data were categorized according to thematic content analysis. This study is a clipping of another larger project, which was approved by the Ethics Committee opinion. The data provided by the research is expected to be relevant to the professional improvement of nurses, as their professional and human knowledge makes a difference in the lives of these pregnant women.
Introduction: The emergence of failures in transport organization is related to the lack of planning by the managers responsible for the distribution of financial resources, which causes numerous losses to patients and health professionals, particularly in the context of primary care.Objective: Identifying the availability of transport for users in cases of urgency in Basic Units according to the reported by nurses.Method: This is a study of a qualitative approach, performed with 08 nurses of the Family Health Strategy. Data were collected through interviews with structured questionnaire and analyzed according to Thematic Content Analysis. Results:The data emerged from the interviews state that there is the provision of transport; however, these are inappropriate, because the type and the waiting time, particularly for the units of the countryside. Conclusion:The lack of adequate transport takes to a deficit in user's healthcare, requiring a greater commitment of managers with planning and health management in their municipality.
