In order to improve the in situ oxidation kinetic condition of Al in Cu matrix, Cr, instead of Al was in situ oxidized to form Cu/Cr 2 O 3 composites in the present investigation, CuCr powders with different solubilities after mechanical activation were utilized to synthesize Cu/Cr 2 O 3 composites, and their microstructure and stability were analyzed. The results show that although the CuCr powders suffer from the same mechanical activation; Cr 2 O 3 particles formed by the powders with different solubilities have great differences in size, amount, and distribution. In the range of experiments, the Cu/Cr 2 O 3 composite formed by CuCr powders with 67% solution has large amounts of finer Cr 2 O 3 particles uniformly distributed in Cu matrix and the best stability at elevated temperatures.

BeO, Ah03 ceramic carburizing is traditional multi-phases materials of microwave attenuation, but BeO ceramic is toxic, and deflating in high-vacuum. These shortcomings restrict their applications [ll. Forsterite is low dielectric loss ceramic; it is difficult to absorb high-frequency electromagnetic waves. In this work, we report our findings on properties of multi-phases microwave attenuation materials of forsterite and silicon carbide, and the effects of technological parameters of it have been studied.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
