Résumé -Introduction : L'ankylose est un phénomène courant, en denture temporaire stricte ou mixte. Elle concerne essentiellement les secteurs postérieurs pour les dents lactéales et le secteur antérieur pour la denture adulte. Observation : Une enfant de 6 ans sans antécédents médicaux a consulté pour la présence d'une dent temporaire « ré-incluse ». Discussion : L'évolution d'une ankylose est le plus souvent défavorable. Les traitements sont discutés en fonction du type de denture. Abstract -Ankylosed primary tooth: a case report. Introduction:Tooth ankylosis is a current phenomenon, especially in strict or mixed deciduous dentition. It concerns essentially posterior sectors for deciduous teeth and anterior sector for adult dentition. Observation: A 6-year-old girl with no medical history has consulted for the presence of a primary tooth "re-included". Discussion: The ankylosis evolution is often unfavourable. Treatments depends on the dentition.
