Teknologi informasi di era globalisasi berkembang sangat pesat di dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Berkat teknologi baru seperti internet, segala kebutuhan manusia dapat dipenuhi. Banyaknya fasilitas yang disediakan oleh internet terutama di media sosial, memicu peningkatan penggunaan oleh remaja. Intensitas penggunaan media sosial menciptakan bentuk-bentuk interaksi yang berbeda dengan sebelumnya. Hal ini merupakan proses penyesuaian diri terhadap lingkungan sosial dimasyarakat. Ketika remaja dengan intensitas penggunaan media sosial tinggi, maka akan berengaruh pada kesehatan mentalnya seperti interaksi sosialnya menjadi bersifat tak langsung, sosiabilitasnya cenderung rendah dan kepekaan sosialnya cenderung rendah. Hal ini biasa disebut dengan sikap apatis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana dampak sosial yang ditimbulkan akibat dari penggunaan media sosial terhadap sikap apatis di lingkungan sekitar.Desain penelitian dengan menggunakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan potong lintang (cross sectional). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan rumus univariat (rumus distribusi frekuensi) dan bivariat (rumus Pearson product moment). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intensitas penggunaan media sosial memiliki dampak sosial pada remaja yaitu timbulnya gangguan kesehatan mental berupa sikap apatis. Nilai korelasi 0.528 dan nilai signifikansi p(<0.001) < 0.05 dengan arah hubungan positif sehingga semakin tinggi tingkat intensitas penggunaan media sosial maka sikap remaja semakin apatis.
Warm Compress,Disminorhea. Puberty is a stage of development characterized by the maturity of the sexual organs and achieving the capability to reproduce, in which one of the characteristics of the signs of puberty a woman is the first occurrence of menstruation (menarche). When it happened the first menstruation (menarche) and the next menstruation, a woman will experience abdominal pain (disminorea), when the abdominal pain disorder (disminorea) are not adequately addressed; it can be debilitating to the decrease in performance. Disminorea that occurs continuously in each period, can be one of the symptoms of endometriosis on the reproductive system. One way that can be done to overcome disminorea by performing a warm compress, which is done to meet the needs of a sense of comfort, reduce or relieve pain, reduce or prevent muscle spasms and provide a sense of warmth in the abdomen (stomach). Warm compresses can be done by attaching a rubber bag filled with warm water or a towel that has been soaked in warm water, to the painful body part. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a warm compress against dysmenorrhea pain reduction in eleventh student at SMK Muhammadiyah Watukelir Sukoharjo. This type of research is quasi experiment with one group pretest-posttest design with purposive sampling technique sampling number of 30 respondents. Analysis of the data using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. The results of this study indicated the presence of a warm compress against dysmenorrhea pain reduction in eleventh student at SMK Muhammadiyah Watukelir, with a p-value of 0.000 (p <0.05).
Background: Postpartum blues is one of the psychological complications in postpartum mothers characterized by maternal unwillingness to take care of her infant. Postpartum blues have been experienced by many primipara mothers. Studies have shown that oil aromatherapy worked for relaxation or antidepression. This study aimed to determine the effect of Cymbopogoncitrates oil aromatherapy in preventing postpartum blues in primipara mother. Subjects and Method: This was a quasi experiment with pre and post test design conducted at Sukoharjo Hospital, Central Java. A sample of 15 primipara postpartum mothers was selected for this study. The dependent variable was postpartum blues. The independent variable was Cymbopogon citrate oil aromatherapy. The postpartum blues was measured by Edinburg Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS). The other variables were collected by questionnaire. The data were tested by Paired t-test. Results: After intervention, the level of stress in postpartum mothers (mean= 8.67; SD= 2.12) was lower than before intervention (mean= 9.73; SD= 3.03) and it was statistically significant (p= 0.011). Conclusion: Cymbopogon citratus oil aromatherapy can reduce postpartum blues in postpartum mothers.
