Background: Numeracy literacy is one of the aspects evaluated in the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM), referring to the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) as a good practice for international level assessment. Aim: This study aims to analyze the numeracy literacy ability of elementary school students in ethnomathematics-based problem solving. Method: This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study method taking the subject of 28 grade IV students of SDN Lamper Kidul 02. Data collection techniques in this study used tests and interviews. The results showed that students' numeracy literacy skills in level 1 questions were categorized as high, numeracy literacy for level 2 and level 3 questions was categorized as moderate. Findings: Students' numeracy literacy ability is classified as being in ethnomathematics-based mathematical problem solving, especially in the aspect of understanding problems as the key to problem solving skills, so that students have difficulty in planning settlement strategies, implementing solutions and re-examining results based on existing problem solving stages, this is triggered by students' lack of skill in numeracy and lack of maturity of mathematical concepts student-owned. Indirectly, numeracy literacy skills in problem solving based on ethnomathematics can affect numeracy skills, the maturity of mathematical concepts which is the main factor triggering students' anxiety about mathematics lessons.
Penciptaan sebuah tarian yang erat kaitannya dengan potensi telah memicu minat penelitian Tari Bendrong Lesung Banten dan sebagian besar guru TK berlatar belakang non-seni sehingga kreativitas dalam pembuatan tari sangat minim, perlu adanya pengkajian tentang masalah tersebut. Untuk menjadi pendidik yang efektif, seorang guru harus mampu memaksimalkan pengalaman belajar yang menarik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa kreatif guru PAUD dalam mengajarkan seni tari kepada anak usia dini, meliputi ide, bentuk, dan proses penciptaannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan interdisiplin dan desain penelitian fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, daya cipta guru PAUD bidang pendidikan tari menghasilkan sejumlah karya seni tari inventif. Hal ini dilakukan dengan mengikuti tata cara yang benar, yaitu memutakhirkan gerakan tarian dengan terlebih dahulu membuat beberapa gerakan langsung yang berhubungan dengan subjek yang ada dan kemudian menggabungkan gerakan tarian yang sudah ada, seperti alu, lesung, dan keranjang, yang berfungsi sebagai media dalam seni tari
District of Pacitan has rich natural resources, not only in terms of its beauty, but also the historical traces of human evolution contained therein. These potentials are inspiring and providing ideas to be embodied into an educational model that could make children aware about such natural resources. This is an education which places natural environment phenomenon as the main orientation. Art serves as model. The material taught here is a physical exercise in Pacitan natural environment. The desired results here are to balance a child's emotional inputs from superstition and myth stories, by intellectual input of data and facts about the ancient human history, as well as motoric sense input or physical sensitivity related to Pacitan natural environment. This art education model can be performed in public space as site specific performance. "Pacitanian" performance is a collaboration between Arts, Education, and Science (Prehistoric Life). This is a new idea which makes a well combination between the beauty of art, knowledge regeneration and transformation process through education, and knowledge about the scientific facts of prehistoric life in Pacitan environment also known as prehistoric kingdom.
Bandrong ing Cilegon dance is a cultural heritage of Cilegon City which was created in 2012. Bandrong ing Cilegon dance was born from the transformation process of the bandrong pencak silat martial arts into bandrong ing Cilegon dance which is based on the changing factors. The main objective in this research is to find out the factors of change that bridge the process of transforming the movements of the Bandrong Pencak Silat martial arts into aesthetic movements in the Bandrong Ing Cilegon dance. The research method used is the imitative approach, ethnochoreology, and art education. The results this study that there are three core moves in pencak silat bandrong are then transformed into fifteen movements of the bandrong ing Cilegon dance. While factors that bridge the transformation process based on customs, society, and government, as well as inherent character values in the bandrong ing Cilegon dance, namely patriotic values.
This study aims to develop a color barrier technique in the class III charge of Cultural Arts and Skills at SDN Purwoyoso 06 Ngaliyan, Semarang. This research is a Research and Development (RnD) research with steps namely: potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, product revision, usage testing, product revision, and final product. The population of this study was 42 third grade students of SDN Purwoyoso 06 Ngaliyan Semarang. Data analysis techniques use product data analysis, learning outcomes, and student activities. The results of the study showed: (1) the development of color barrier techniques, namely the media and tools used and the motives produced. Based on expert validation shows the color barrier technique in the test of learning techniques experts and material get a percentage of 96.4% and 97.5% with very feasible criteria; (2) the use of color barrier techniques influences the effectiveness of SBK learning as evidenced by student learning outcomes with an average student score of 78.33%; (3) student activities obtain an average percentage of 94.83% with very high criteria. The conclusions of the study showed that the results of the development of the color barrier technique based on the validation of the learning techniques experts and the material fulfilled the criteria were feasible, could improve the effectiveness of student learning and activity.
